The First time I went down there, it was not a good experience. I was accompanied by a heavy set man who stared at me dead in my face while I asked questions w/no response. He answered his cell phone while Im sitting there to engage in long conversations. I was approved, However he did not explain the forms given even though I read them. The selection of cars the next guy showed me were just crazy for the price they wanted. However, my 2nd experience was with a gentleman named Tymark and Manuel. These two men were very helpful. Tymark was open to answering any questions and gave me time to fill out and read all my paperwork. He worked with my payments and selection of car. I drove off the lot with exactly what I asked for. I really like my car and he even reccommended me something other than my 1st car choice because he didnt want me to drive off the lot with a vehicle with a lot of miles. Manual was very sweet and took me on a test drive and gave me $ 20 to fill up. I have to say my 2nd time around was too awesome and I would reccommend people to take a look at the lot and consider, especially around tax season. Tymark will really help you.

Everyone and Anyone who needs a car!!! RUN,RUN,RUN, RUN!!! Away from finace Auto.. They treat their customers like total ****. you would think since they are making millions per year off the Los Angeles community, they could show consumers a little respect at the lease. They hang up in your face, if your calling regarding your account, they place you on hold without regard. And to add insult to injury EVERYONE has Attitude. If you have any other busines to discuss about your account other then a payment and you call and get GeGe, or silvia who are in the office at Finance Auto Forget it,they literally has no level of customer service at all.. Bottom line is, Finance auto dose not give a ****. They are the lowest end of Auto Sale in the City of Los Angeles with no regards to their custmers concerns what so ever!!! No wonder why all of their customers are sueing them left and right!!

I went to Finance Auto Sales because I would hear all the advertising they would do on the radio . Im thankful I didnt pursue or even called them back because they never called me back. The finance guy took my information and stapled it and put it in a pile with all the other applications and said "well call you " I went there with the intention of buying a car that day. Im glad my wife pushed me to go try Lexus because they for some odd reason took my credit while the "well finance anyone " couldnt . You truly get the used car sales treatment to where you cant test drive the car unless you show them you can afford the car you want . What kind of sales is that? Its an ugly feeling. Go elsewhere where you will be appreciated! They dont seem to appreciate their clientele. I should have done this review when I was there .

the worst place to get a car this is my biggest regret ever the worst customer service even when you call I get attitude I live in Santa Ana I drove down there a 3 times was there by 6am after i got the car not once did i ever get the service i needed for the car ended up going somewhere else i had someone else look at the car after and i was told that it looked like they put different parts in it the side mirrors where the wrong ones on there had to get those replaced heater didnt work that came out of pocket its a never ending thing here and then you got girls in the payment center that cant do their job right Ill be done paying this car this year and its the 1st and last time i ever deal the people like this i dont recommend anybody to this place.

The finance department has unrealistic policies pertaining to methods of payment. You can only pay in person, so if you made the mistake like my girlfriend and I in moving out of the area, then you are SCREWED! They seem to be stuck in the ice age because no one told them about the INTERNET AND PAY-PAL! They were so unprofessional, rude, condescending and would lie to me and my girlfriend when speaking to them in person or by phone! They basically have my girlfriend locked / trapped in a contract and seems like the higher ups dont even care about us because they have other problems that take presedence over our small ordeal in their eyes! ***THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!!***

The salesmen here are great...very friendly and they try to give you what you are looking for. Same goes for the owner and his brother they are great people always greet you when you come in to make a payment. Now while all of this is great the customer service at the front desk where you make your payments is not that great. Ive been coming here for the past 3-4 years and most of the girls here are nice but the girl named Nina in particular always has a bad attitude and seems like shes mad at life, she just has the worst customer service. Besides that this is a great place to buy a car. I havent had any problems with my car and Ive had it for about 4 years!

THIS COMPANY HAD MY CAR REPOSSED LESS THAN A MONTH, EVEN BEFORE MY FIRST PAYMENT WAS DUE!! THEY SAID I OWED AN UP PAYMENT! HUH??? WHAT IS THAT?? THEY SAID WELL DIDNT YOU READ A CONTRACT? ITS A PYMENT BEFORE THE REAL PAYMENT? WHAT!! WHAT KIND OF SHADY BUSINESS IS THIS!! I TELL YOU THEIR CARS ARE AWFUL, HIGH MILEGE, NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, THEY CAN CARE LESS, SO BASICALLY I GAVE THEM $5,000 TO DRIVE IT FOR A MONTH, AND THEY DONT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL!! THEY WONT EVEN TALK TO YOU ALL THEY DO IS HANG UP ON YOU. BUT I GUESS THATS WHAT LAWYERS ARE FOR AND LAWS.SO THEY WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER!!

I came in told Mike what I was looking for . He went to the second lot. (Not letting me walk) and came back with exactly what I needed. Introduced me to Manny, who fixed my payments perfectly.Who passed me to Salvador who took care of my Same day insurance.And I was the last one there holding them up to go home to their loves ones. I was treated with so much respect.Thanks Guys...Always try Finance Auto Sales First! Before even thinking about going to Repo Auto Sales...They are not the same Co. Real cool people. Real cool cars, Real cool payments!!!

Was thinking about going to check out cars but after all these real really bad reviews im good. .. Ill stick to puente hills Mitsubishi. .. They do a 140 inspection on all vehicles before they even put them up on lot to sell... If something doesnt pass they fix it and then put it out on lot. I bought my 2013 kia optima there and never gave me any issues. And only 1000 down payment. .. This place seems like a scam and want 2gs down??? I dont think so.... Saved time on money by not going to this place forsureeeee!

Worst Customer service EVVVVEEEERRRRR!!!!! I have business with them I have called numerous times to see what my proper balance was since I was paying more then I was supposed to and they tell me they can not tell me since my rep is unavailable. DO YOU NOT MY WANT MONEY?? They are rude refuse to help and state to call back till she is available. Instead of saying they will take a message they want me to hunt my rep down. Which I dont even know who my rep is!!!! Horrible assistance over the phone.
