Poor Customer Service once you buy the car. While looking for a car, I was able to test drive several cars by simply giving a copy of my license to the salesman. I bought a car. They will accept returns for several days no questions asked. The day after the purchase I told them there was a dent on the hood but I would not return it if they promised to fix it. They promised. Because of our schedules we scheduled the work outside the return period. A few weeks later I returned to have the hood fixed and leather added. I forgot my license but they had taken a copy two weeks earlier. In addition, I had a photo of my license on my phone. I had a photo of my passport. I offered to log onto the Department of Licensing (DOL) website and prove it was still current. In spite of all these safeguards to prove my identity and the validity of my license they would not let me use a car. I found it ironic that they were super, duper flexible before they sold a car but completely inflexible afterwards. I had to postpone the work for two weeks. Two weeks later, I had the "hood fixed" and the leather added. When I got the car back the dent was not fixed. They had put touch-up paint on it but did not fix it. A real auto-body shop quoted me $500 to fix it. A couple weeks after that the finance guy called and accused me of not paying for the leather work. He said my check had bounced twice. I logged into online banking and it showed the check had cleared 9 days earlier. I offered to do a three-way call with my bank to verify they had been paid. I did not like being accused of theft. They said they would check and call back. I called my bank. My bank confirmed the check had cleared 9 days earlier. I have since tried to call twice and have been put on hold for several minutes. Its been more than two hours and they still have not called back to apologize or confirm they have received the funds. They essentially accused me of theft and they are not correcting their error. Once these guys sell you a car, they become inflexible, unfriendly, disorganized, incompetent and regimented. I will never do business with them again.

I love Enterprise Lakewood!! Great staff (Walter and Jim) I would definitely recommend them :)....Thanks Guys!!!I They made my car buy experience hassle free. Walter is the BEST!! I was in the market for a new car. I had received offers from a couple of different lots. Thinking that ALL car lots and salesmans are the same and that I would get Great service I was wrong. I went to Pierre Money Mart (THE WORST!!!), the tried to sale me a vehicle that the heat did not work and that had been in a previous accident. If I did not ask for the Carfax, they would have never told me. Devastated and not feeling like I could find the right vehicle, I had continue shopping around. I started looking at Enterprise Car Sales. I contact them and let them know what kind of vehicle I was looking for. My cousin Walter Poole was GREAT!!! He found the vehicle that I was looking for, contacted me to setup a test drive. He answered all of my questions upfront. I even researched the vehicle and found out that he was telling the truth about the vehicle. I had my own financing, they were even willing to get me financed. Closing went GREAT! Jim the closing guy was AWESOME!!! He made sure that I understood everything and worked really well with my finance company. I would recommend them to ANY of my friends and family!!! My experience with Enterprise Car Sales has to be the best car buying experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I have never gone into any dealerships in the past or present expecting or wanting to walk away with some feeling that would leave me raving about the dealership and its staff. Let alone writing a review of them. But here I am. The Enterprise Sales in 9816 South Tacoma Way R3, Lakewood, WA, was by far the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The Enterprise staff was totally professional in every way. There was no overkill or oversell by the sales personnel. The day I got the vehicle I purchase (GMC SLE TERRAIN 2015 SUV), I wasnt even looking to purchase a vehicle. Especially, a new 2015. The sales person who "LISTENED TO ME", brought out a jewel of a vehicle and ask me to take a look at it and then asked me to take it for a drive to see if I liked the feel and ride of the vehicle. By the time we pulled back into the sales lot I was telling him I want that vehicle. The rest is history and a satisfied customer. I will be definitely referring all I know who need a vehicle to go to Enterprise Car Sales. I want to thank Mark, Jim, Tom, and Walter for their professionalism and courtesy. These folks help dispel all the old horror stories of car sales and their staff.

This has easily been the best car buying experience Ive ever had. From the second I walked through the door til we drove off the lot in our new 2016 Dodge Journey (my dream car by the way that I never thought I would get), my family and I were amazed (we still are) at the service. We went in with the goal of leaving with a Dodge Journey and we left with one. Marc Z. is AMAZING! Marc is so approachable and answered every question with ease. It literally did not feel like we were there to buy a car because there was no stress, no pressure. It felt like it was all about my family and I and not about just selling a car. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to him. The branch manager who did our finances (Tom) came in on his day off to help! He didnt quit until he got a lender for us with an unbelievably low (and I mean low) down payment with an even better interest rate. Even he was surprised lol (God definitely being a big part of that!) Everyone is so sincerely friendly and knowledgeable. Weve referred our family members to them and thats something weve never done before. Who wants to refer family to someone we dont think is up to par? These guys are it.

LOOOOOVED working with Walter Poole and the other staff at Enterprise Car Sales! What a positive experience and excellent prices. NO bait and switch and petty negotiations that we experienced at other car sellers and dealerships. The price you see is the price you pay. ALL of these cars are in excellent condition, nearly new, with no accidents and fully checked out. AND they come with a one year warranty. If you dont see the car you want at this lot, they will bring it from their inventory in other locations. We bought a BEAUTIFUL Honda CR-V only 2 years old with 21,000 miles and one driver. Walter brought the car in from Shoreline to Lakewood so we could drive it. He was delightful and incredibly conscientious with all aspects of this purchase. He made sure we were completely satisfied and had everything we wanted. I cant praise him and the dealership enough! Dont waste your time looking elsewhere. You will get the best "Bang for your Buck" here and excellent service and care!!! I am referring all my family and friends here for their next car!
