My experience working with Steven was stellar. He communicated consistently, he kept his promises, he searched for something I really liked, and he didnt try to make a quick buck or settle on the first car he could finance me for. Personally, I couldnt find a car anywhere else. Either the financing was off or the car/dealership was off---it was always a concern that cars would be unreliable and breakdown in the middle of a loan. At I-5 Toyota in Chehalis, I found both. I am loving my Civic and am a happy customer. I highly recommend Steven because he will get the job done. I have to update my review. My car broke down on me within 4 weeks and I havent gotten to the second payment yet. Im absolutely freaking out right now and have left voicemails, emails, and texts. No one is responding! This credit company works with people with low credit and after each sale, we are instructed to write a good review (if we think it was a good deal). Of course, we all believe its great after the deal because no one else could help! Id like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and maybe didnt update their review like Im doing. Ive waited all day for a response, I waited all day Friday as well. My repairs are coming in at $1,000 currently and the car broke down on i-5 south. Ive missed work and Im going to miss class tomorrow. I was told it was a good car, it looked good on the inside. Steve had a really great personora and now that Im feeling reprocussions from my sale, he has ignored me and responded harshly when he did acknowledge my calls for help. I was told Ryan would help but Ive gotten no response from him ether. At this point, Im sure the entire building has heard me loud and clear but Im not being helped. Nothing is being done about this lemon! COME ON GUYS!

My experience was horrible here. To start it off, I had an appointment and prior to the meet up I get a text saying are we still a go. I replied with I am on my way, and the response was see you when you arrive. The dealership is approximately 45 mins from my residence. I get there and no sign of the person I was to meet at my appointment. Twenty minutes after waiting I get the run around from a salesman and he wanted to get the paperwork started in the meantime. I needed a pen and a random salesman chucks one at me instead of handing it to me. I find that rude and inappropriate. After an hour of my time in the office there was still no sign or even a text from the person I was to meet up with. What happened to his professional courtesy? This very person said I was approved with no money down and I was using my vehicle as a trade in. Come to find out the dealership wanted between $4,000- $9,000 down and my trade in. Thanks, but no thanks. A month later I get a text from the guy that I had an appointment with asking me if I was still in the market for a vehicle. He calls himself a manager and the staff I dealt with were just grown men who behaved like children.

Second review: So after getting my 2015 Hyundai, someone crashed and total lost my car. As you can see from the first review, I only had the car less than 2 months. Fortunately for me I was taking care of by the RockStar Mr. Eric! I was extremely frustrated because now i had to shop for another vehicle. Mr. Eric made the transition so smooth for me though. Not only did I get a 2016 with 6900 miles with a existing 2 year factiry warranty, but all I had to do was sign and drive and no miney down. Fabulous gentleman!!!! I definitely recommend anyone, no matter your situation, to give Mr. Eric a shot before you give up. First review: I had the Most fabulous sales person!. Shot out to Brandon for making my deal happen. Brandon went above and beyond, making the customer experience dynamic! I had just went through a bankruptcy and when I thought there was no hope, Brandon pulled it off. No matter your situation, Washington Auto Credit has the solution. I have a awesome car with low miles and only 2 years old! Brandon you are the greatest, keep up the great work!

This was our first experience with Chris Price @ Washington Auto Credit. My husband learned of them through social media, just browsing hoping for a miracle winks, and they happened to be a potential "Keeper" for us. We were at the point of re-establishing our credit, and hes been very helpful of our needs. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. Chris was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, just great, accommodating service. I believe Chris went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend him to anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle. He was able to find a truck that would best fit our budget, and situation at the moment...... Chris has excellent knowledge of his field, and best of all customer friendly - WHAT WE LOOK FOR ALL THE TIME! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. Mark at WA Auto Credit is AMAZING!!! Right from the first time i spoke to him on the phone he was awesome. He worked really hard for me and my situation... I always had A+ credit & buying a car was easy & painless... until my divorce anyways... since then my credit has gone to crap. I even had a recent repo on there. Im a single mom working full time and was driving an old 90s Ford Ranger that left me on the side of the road several times. Mark was able to get me into a 2009 sporty and adorable Toyota Corolla!!! It feels so amazing to be back in a safe car for me & my kids. Especially one that they are proud to be seen in!!! Im working hard at rebuilding my life and Mark helped me out so much!!! When everyone else said no (had probably 15 nos) Mark said YES!!! FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART MARK, THANK YOU!!! You are an incredible person for putting so much heart into helping people who really need it. You are such a blessing to me and my kids!!!! Would HIGHLY recommend WA Auto Credit & Mark White!!!

If I could rate it higher I would. Mark White was incredible. I was not exactly prepared and was missing some of the documents I needed to complete the loan process. I have never done anything like this so I was a little overwhelmed. This man gave up his entire day to drive me to the bank, help me pick out a car I was comfortable with, find the best insurance AND he even bought me a Redbull. Anything he had to do to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with my decision. Wich i am extremely happy with, and I am extremely happy Mark. The staff was also extremely friendly and hearing them talk about there customers made me feel that they are all in it to help people any way they can, if they can, to ensure they get back on the road again with a great car. I would highly recommend anyone check them out first if looking for a used or new car. In this case it was Mark that went absolutely above, and beyond, to make this a possibility.
