Bought a vehicle here and took it home, on the way home the check engine light came on. So obviously they had turned it off each day if someone drove it because we had the light turned off many times and it kept coming back on. Took it in to them even though we live far away, because they said no problem they would fix it. Then they say the light is just some random thing and itll go away, no, it didnt. Took it back and asked them to fix what we were told by another person was wrong with it, and then all of the sudden they said it was the this huge expensive thing that they couldnt do in their shop... so we were pretty much out of luck. Never buying here again, plus they dont call people back. And one of their salesmen is creepy and kept hitting on my wife when I wasnt there and she had to take it in for the light.

We just moved to Bremerton and my wife needed a new second hand car. We asked our neighbors if they could recommend any used car dealerships and they told us they had recently bought a great Mazda Truck from Truck Town and they were very happy with every aspect of the transaction. We headed on down there and although my wife originally wanted a Subaru Tribeca or Cadillac Escalade, she found an amazing deal on a Saturn VUE with low mileage and excellent financing to boot. We just want to give all of the staff props for their patience and how helpful they were. Its been a couple of weeks now and my wife is still giddy. Thanks again, the Howell family.

SIMPLY THE BEST! Everyone Ive worked with at Truck Town is amazing! Their Office Manager Traci went above her job duties to help me get a refund for Gap Insurance and an Extended Warranty purchased through another dealership (Look Larson Group THE VERY WORST NEVER GO THERE) that they wouldnt help me cancel and are still holding my money. Everyone at Truck Town was pleasant, kind and care about their customers (even after the sale) I will go back there for all my car needs and refer everyone I know.
