I will post a pic with this review later. Where do i start these "good guys" sold my fiance a car that was FALLING APART KNOWINGLY!!!! we went on the freeway with my NEWBORN and the car started dragging on the ground sparking we were told. we called these self proclaimed "goodguys" and they didnt care and already knew it had problems but since it was a "as is" its OUR problem now. what kind of dealership knowingly lets a NEWBORN and family get into a car that could fall apart or catch on fire on the freeway! we of course could not get our money back but because they sold us a lemon knowingly they offered to "fix it" we only had the damn car not even for TWENTY FOUR HOURS. so we brought it back for them to "fix it" in the mean time a sales rep called us mixing us up with another "customer" to tell us how THEIR vehicle was going to be another week or so... so obviously selling other people crappy vehicles. My fiance didnt get his car back for almost two weeks. they did not offer a rental car or anything the only reason they even "fixed it" was because they were caught and probably to avoid us taking this to an attorney since they put my childs life in danger. Upon picking the car up my fiance was told by the old guy who works there THIS IS IT WE WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING ELSE umm HELLO we only had the car LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE IT CRAPPED OUT AND COULD HAVE KILLED US ON THE FREE WAY they then refused a receipt of the supposed "work" they did and my fiance refused to leave unless he had one or was going to an attorney a young man about 16 working there im assuming the owners son gave us their copy which had our cars repairs along with about 7 other people they screwed over still thinking about getting an attorney involved dont trust these bad guys. never again will my family recommend them. save your money, and yourself and put a little extra money in to just buy from someone else it will end up saving you a whole lot more.

I purchased a Honda Element from Eddie, the owner at Good Guys. While I knew what I wanted and had done my research, it only took one 5 minute down to earth and straightforward phone conversation to know that I could buy a car from this dealership. I drove 120 miles up from Portland, OR the same day to look at the vehicle, which Eddie put on hold for me. I can tell you that the car I bought, and every car on the lot was of a quality that isnt typical of a used car dealership. He seems to be picky about the vehicles he invests in – mine was super clean, well-maintained and ready to go. The pricing was also very fair. I also found it very helpful that Eddie had worked in sales for a larger dealership, and had a very different sales approach. He doesnt have to sell the vehicle, because the cars on the lot sell themselves. This made the whole transaction very pleasant, and quite effortless. It seems he also has good relationships with service technicians, so that he can sell a car with confidence, and back it up with an offer to help if problems arise down the road. When I came back to Olympia to get the car the next day, Eddies son picked me up at the Amtrack station - he was waiting curbside the minute I got off the train. While it was a bit of a journey, it was worth every mile and minute. Id do it again in a heartbeat and would happily recommend his dealership to friends, colleagues, family, and strangers on the internet. Give them a look. You wont be disappointed.

this guy didnt want to buy my car (was not a trade in, sale only) but had a friend that is a wholesaler. eddie told me my car was to expensive to put on his lot. his friend made me an offer i would take for the car but was unable to come meet me that day to do paperwork (title). eddie wants to keep my keys and i keep my title - my car is left his lot. i call a couple days later and say i want to come get my car for some quick pics w my son (he was sad and didnt get to say goodbye to the car). that id need for a few minutes. i called ahead with this info. i get there and my car i locked and he doesnt have either set of keys to my car. said he sold my car to a lady. !!!!???!! he gives me a whole song and dance and tries to talk his way out of what he did. every time i try to pin him down on an answer, he changes his story. VERY SHADY. he kept telling me hes sorry i felt i still own the car. I DO. do not deal with this dealer. i can only imagine what hed like to buy from if hes this shady when buying from someone.

Good Guys I must say is the best used car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner is not only very pleasant, he will go out of his way to take care of you when you buy a vehicle from him. I recently purchased a vehicle from him and noticed there was issues with the front driver side wheel. He told me to bring it in and he would check it out. Although a little skeptical, I brought it in. A few days later I picked it back up. Not only did he fix the wheel problem he fixed other things as well and best of all there was no charge. I would recommend not only my friends and family to purchase their next used vehicle from them but to anyone. Eddie the owner has earned my loyalty for life.

Well, there goes over $8000 down the drain. Wasted. Literally. We just got the jeep paid off. We bought it last year at Good Guys in Olympia. The transmission has been messing up on us for the past couple months, only to find out...its ruined. We also found out today, that the jeep has been totaled two times, yet sold to us anyways. All my husbands hard work...& this happens. I know we both have been working our behinds off, but my husband literally put blood, sweat & tears into his season last year. Literally. Lessons learned. The hard way. The jeep just went back to the wholesaler today. Out of 8 grand we got one. Bye Jeep Patriot

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Eddie for myself and our kids. He is a respectable, compassionate business owner. If we ever needed anything for our vehicle, he was right there and ready to help us even after the sale was done. A great example was my daughter needed air for her tire and she stopped in to see Eddie and he helped her right out, I cant say enough about his small business demeanor that he carries. He is the first to help someone out that needs a car and understands all situations of each customer that walks in his door, or on his lot.. I wouldnt go to any other used car lot in town... Thank you Nikki
