I came to this store for the first time to get assistance with selecting the right shoe for running. The shoe they suggested after watching me walk/run in the store and on a treadmill caused me to step flat footed with my left foot and I injured a tendon in my arch which has caused a hard painful cyst to develop and my doctor said this will not go away. They claim to be able to fit you with right shoe by observing you run, this is not true. I do not recommend going here.

I wasnt greeted by any staff member and was ignored. I specifically came to this store because they are supposed to be well trained and could help me select a good running shoe for the first time. I spent a good amount of time in the shoe section and wasnt acknowledged or offered assistance by any of the employees standing around. I came prepared to drop quite a bit of cash for a pair of shoes, but couldnt even get basic service. Very disappointed.

I would rate it a two if it were not for my recent positive experience. At their old location the staff was pretty rude and treated me like a bum. High pressure sales as soon as you walk in (like a gym). Their selection is what keeps me coming back. They have running shoes that most stores do not carry. They also seem to have nicer high pressure sales people at their new location. lol!

The staff at Runners Plus were extremely helpful in finding a walking shoe that fit me. It took several pairs and lots of tying and untying and I ended up with a pair of shoes and 2 pairs of sandals. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the product. Again, the staff were pleasant to work with and enjoyed what they were doing. Thanks to all and especially Eric Contreras!

RunnersPlus is a great store: they have a good selection and, since a lot of their staff runs, theyre very smart on runners needs from beginner to advanced. Theyre also very good to the running community, both as active participants in local races and as a corporation supporting local running events/organizations. Theyre your best bet for good running gear in Dayton! :-)

My wife and I went in today to look for shoes to help with her plantar fasciitis. The guy helping us was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about showing us both shoes and other options (insoles, sandals, etc.). He wasnt pushy about selling anything either but we did buy a set of insoles. We appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!

The sales personel was the best. They take time with each customer. Will be visiting them today for a couple pair if Feetures ladies socks. Bought a pair of Brooks there this summer, I ordered the wrong size. They reordered for me with no trouble and called me when they came in. This will definitely be my go to store for running shoes and socks.

I just went in to get some new running shoes after having a couple kids and not running for quite awhile. The guy was great, helped me find an incredible pair of shoes without being pushy, and told me what to look for when getting them. Any serious runner would be selling themselves short by not visiting Runners Plus in Miamisburg. Staff is knowledgable, courteous and willing to spend the time to get you in the right shoe! Wont shop anywhere else for my running needs. Highly recommended!!!

Get your shoes fitted the right way by knowledgable staff. Will get the right shoe for you. Service is great and gets you away from crazy, crowded mall where its ran by teenagers who could care less what you jam on your feet. Highly Recommended.

Very good experience, some of the reviews are a joke, the staff is very educated in shoe wear as well as they do NOT try and over protect problems/you may have in your biomechanics. Highly recommend going there for running/shoes
