Worst customer service! Called to verify a sneaker release for Jan 23rd a week and the staff member told me that the sneakers were there and to be there at 10 am being that they were first come first serve. I arrived at southlake mall at 945 am on January 23rd. The store opened at 10am and the employees on duty looked confused when I asked about the sneaker, Adidas Harden 1 BHM. After realizing that I was LIED to about the release, they told me to order them online and at this time it was 10:03 am and now sold out in any size of over a 9. When they saw this is was told to order them through a dealer which includes an additional fee! I could have ordered them from home ON TIME if I hadnt been LIED TO by someone who obviously doesnt need to work in footaction. I AM STILL PISSED.

There is some real rude disrepectful people who work in this footaction. I believe they pocket people money at times too. If you dont want a job or cant do your job correctly then that door needs to be open for people who can do the job correctly.

They have a new bright look now. Didnt really interact with the employees because I was just looking. It did take a little minute before anyone asked if I needed anything.
