Good shoe selection and prices, good location. AWFUL service. I tried to buy a pair of shoes last weekend. Unfortunately there was one cashier on duty, and she was struggling to handle a shoe exchange scenario of some sort with the only other customer in line with me. That situation went on for some time, then the cashier said she needed to get a manager, a smartly-dressed fellow who seemed to be wandering around in the back of the store. The cashier sort of bereftly wandered off and stood in the middle of the store, limply watching from a distance as the manager socialized or whatever in the back. I could see this was going to drag on for a while, so I left the shoebox on the counter and headed for the front door, which I discovered was locked, well before closing time. Maybe the two customers in the store were just too much for the manager and 3 employees on the floor to handle at one time. I did make a successful escape, thankfully.
