Went in to get some plain simple flats. I saw one sign where the socks & no show socks said 50% off. On the other side there was another sale that was BOGO 50% off. I grabbed a pair of no show socks from the 50% off side. When the guy rang me up he said these are BOGO 50% off. I said no the sign says just 50% off. He insisted it didnt so we walked over & I was right. He said "oh this sign is the wrong one" & took it down right in front of me & behind it was the BOGO sign. I told him Im not responsible for removing signs & asked if he would still honor it. Him & another guy kept looking at each other & he said no he wont honor it. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. Extremely poor customer service. Never going back to Payless in general because of this

Make sure both shoes match and are the same size- ( oh and left and right foot) Prevent from going back - and imagine the Impossible exchange if your size disappeared.
