My boyfriend bought me a pair of shoes here for Christmas and carelessly lost the receipt. I tried to return them and just get store credit. I understood we would not get the money he paid because they always do the lowest price in the past 90 days (understandable). The lady proceeded to tell me that the shoes were not bought there & that I was lying. I offered to show her a bank statement or even bring in a print bank statement and she completely said that wont work because I didnt buy them there. How humiliating and unprofessional to call someone a lair. Worse customer service I have ever encountered.
