The guys at the Red Wing Shoe store in Western Hills are great. I went in (again) and told them what I used the boots for and they gave me a couple of different options to choose from. In the past I used a different style of boot because I used them differently. They didnt pre-judge. They wanted to make sure I got what I needed. The told me that the boots would be a little stiff for a week or so and then will break in like a glove. They were right. This is my 4th pair of Red Wings (in 20 years) and I will never buy a different brand. I wont shop at a different store either!

I recently changed to this Red Wing branch. I bought a new style that was a little big after a month of wearing them. I went back and they helped me get the right size and exchanged them with no problems. They were super helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff let me try on several models and special order what I wanted without requiring anything but my phone number. Got in quick, and got a friendly call letting me know my boots were in. Product is excellent quality. Good value.

Went to purchase new boots and my size 11.5 was out of stock so I said just agreed to pay now and have them delivered. Its now been over a week and not even a courtesy call
