Horrible customer service. All the employees hang out and talk at the front counter except for one. I bought 3 pair of heels the same brand/style just different colors i tried on one out of the 3 and just got the same size in the other two when i finally decided to wear one of the other colors a week later i realized that they all fit different and where way to big called the shoeland on Morrow to see if i could return for a smaller size she said no because i didnt have a receipt, when asked for the regional managers info to try to get this minor issue resolved with an attitude she gave her first and last name asked if I needed to spell it i told her no thats quite alright. I called the shoeland at the greenbriar location and was told that there is no issue with me coming in and getting the same exact shoe without my receipt in a half size smaller and to come in to the store. I went in and it took all of two minutes to exchange the shoes and i was also informed that if I knew which day i purchased my shoes which i did they could have just pulled my receipt and did the exchange instead of being nasty and rude and giving poor customer service on something as simple as exchanging a shoe that was a half size bigger than the same exact shoe in a different color. I like the store and think they have good prices but the employees they have make you not want to shop here and its the closest location to me.

Trash, Disorder, Unprofessional, are all words that comes to mind when I visit this store. Employees stand around talking with each other. The employees eat around the merchandise and refuse to help the customers. When you ask for directions or help towards a specific Item the employees just point and refuse to lead you anywhere. It seems like their is never a manger on duty. I always wonder who runs the store. Shoes are thrown everywhere. Worst Customer Service Ever! I have to admit their shoes are cute. Despite the appearance of the merchandise, I havent purchased anything because when I visit Im so displeased with the service that I cant seem to force myself to purchase anything. Maybe if they had an online store I could finally purchase from them one day. If I were you and you have to buy something just get in and out. Dont send more than a penny at this store if you dont have to.

After visiting many dealerships throughout the Metro Atlanta area, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Landmark Dodge in Morrow. The selection was huge and the approval process was a snap!! Al Jones did a phenomenal job with landing me on the right vehicle that fit my needs and my wife was happy as well Happy wife, happy life!!! 5 star service Al, and I suggest that all of you make Landmark Dodge your destination for your next car purchase!!!! Get in and get out. They have what you need and usually a buy 2 get one free sale but the clientele and staff can be super unprofessional/ghetto. So just make it quick and get what you need. You definitely get what you pay for though so dont expect longevity out of the shoes you get here.
