My girlfriend and I walked around for probably 15 minutes, with no one offering assistance. We walked to the counter and asked Jess if we could try some shoes on. Without hesitation she came out from behind the counter to find out what we were looking for. She immediately went to the back and brought back the shoes we had asked about. She was very polite, professional, and personable. Great job to Jess, definitely the best experience Ive ever had in that store. Thanks again Jess!
