I have been buying Redwing boots for many years and the quality has always been excellent, but my most recent purchase at the Springboro Pike location was the best to date thanks to the help from the staff and the manager. The "King Toe" steel toe boot is the best fitting steel toe Ive ever had (the first one that didnt hurt!) and I appreciate the extra time they spent getting me the most comfortable fit. Now wearing steel toe boots isnt a painfull torture. :) Thank you for the great service.

So I walk in, tell the person what I want, what which is their own brand and he tells me theyre garbage and he wont carry them. He then tries to sell me the cheap version that he admitted later he knew had a problem. Also to address the fact that he rudely stated that hes "only been doing this for 40 years" - learn how to treat your customers.

I have posted a request for pricing 3 times on their customer service website in the last 6 months, and have never received any reply. I bought their boots 5 times, and I am sorry to say so. Good boots, poor service...
