Its an average DSW. Lots of shoes, many of them decent, and at discounted prices. Only three stars because I find the staff to be a bit overwhelming. Maybe this is managements attempt at combating the rise in online shopping, but Im the kind of person that wants to know you exist and then shop on my own, not be followed around and interrupted every so often by bored sales people, and good sales technique means knowing the difference between people who want and dont want your attention. Check-out could take half the time if they didnt keep insisting I join their loyalty club or open every box to verify that the right shoes are in the right box, even after I say Ive already done it. Id stick to their website whenever possible.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! I saw some cute boots I liked but they were a half sized larger and did not have my actual size. I normally wear socks so I thought it would be okay. The boots costs $80.00. I wore them to work a few days and each night after I took them off my feet hurt really bad. If I pay $80 for boots, I do not expect them to hurt my feet

Lots of selections but smaller sizes are more prevalent, had a hard time finding just a basic sandal.only complaint is that I walked around for awhile before anyone came out to help. I do love dsw and will be visiting again in the future!

The store was very clean and full of a variety of shoes to choose from. There is plenty of space for you try on shoes as it is not cluttered at all. And they have a fantastic clearance section!

I go straight to clearance. I get some crazy deals with my VIP membership. I also order online and return to the store if they dont fit. The staff is great and the returns are hassle free.

Great selection but not a lot of deals on mens dress shoes. Expect to pay $70 or more. Not a lot of selection in clearance, and discounts are only 15% or so.
