Whatever you do, do NOT go to this Shoe Carnival location! The employees here are not customer service oriented. Youre treated like crap as soon as you walk in. They have a policy that requires those that are returning/exchanging items to keep them up front which I have no problem with, but I had my merchandise I was wishing to exchange SNATCHED from my hands when I walked into the store! Literally ripped from my hands. Never have I heard of a policy like this despite it making sense and NEVER have I felt so abused. Then, I lost my receipt in the store that this employee handed back to me after yanking that bag from me. I could not get my merchandise back until I retrieved the receipt. I had to dig through the little trash bins around the store searching high and low until, embarrassingly enough, another employee on that annoying announcement intercom stated that hed found my receipt (said it three times back-to-back!!!!!). With no questions or inquiries from the cashier of my prior-purchase, my then return was processed and I was too angry to even say anything to these people. I let them have the shoes back, had my money reimbursed on my debit card and took my patronage elsewhere. If you want to visit the last level of hell on earth, this is it. Otherwise, go to the one out in Conyers and/or Athens (the employees are great). Out in Duluth, Psh. Never AGAIN.

Horrible Customer Service! Too lazy to do a shoe check, attitude and seems to be very lazy. My experience going in the store on Wednesday was decent,but when I called on Thursday about a size, the customer service was horrible. I was placed on hold for a long time. I had to to hang up and call back. Mind you this is 1 in the afternoon : /
