just came in as a secret shopper and found the door locked 10 minutes before closing I saw the clerk leaning across the desk staring at me so I knocked she refused to let me in for the last 10 min saying they had things to do. I was prepared to be in and out and knew exactly what I needed but was refused entry. You lost a frequent customer Im so upset and will be sharing my experience with everyone in the area.

I went into this store and the two ladies working were upbeat and happy. It wss contagious and I could see how their attitudes were being mirrored by the customers. I wouldve hired these two ladies in my store any day. They were very helpful and made suggestions which I really appreciated. One was even keeping my daughter entertained before the other customers came in. The girls were OUTSTANDING!

Great personal service. Associates are attentive and seem to jump through hoops to make customers happy. They didnt have my size in something and they checked elsewhere for me and had the shoe held. Went on a day when BOGO wasnt happening, associates were sure to show me the great things on sale. Great service and prices
