Bike touring we hit a major mechanical problem and were an hours drive from any bike store........ Russell owner of Bicycle Outfitters Inc in Brockport NY came to our rescue, made the hour drive and fixed the bike roadside, truing up the wheel, repairing spokes, putting on a new derauiler and setting up the gears. Russell worked quickly and with ease and truly has a big heart and passion for cycling as instantly he knew our predicament. Thank you so much Russell you really are a bike enthusiast that knows what you are doing.

This is a fantastic bike shop! I called from 40 miles away at 5:00 pm with a frayed derailleur cable while on an 800 mile bike ride and the owner, Russell, said that he closed at 7, but I should keep riding and call him at 6:30. I called him at 6:30 still 6 miles out and he came in his truck, picked me up with my bike!, and took me to the shop. He expertly repaired my cable. He really went out of his way to help me and the charge was very reasonable.

The two guys working there are amazing. They have so much passion about cycling and are always kind and ready to help. Prices are normal and they wont try to rip you off. Use them with confidence and your bike will always be in perfect shape. Oh and they have amazing (and very lazy hehe) dog hanging out in the shop.

good selection but overpriced, to be expected in a small town specialized store. but unless you ride a high end road or mountain bike the owner talks to you like youre stupid. would give four stars if not for bad customer service.

Great bike shop! We do have plenty of shops in the Rochester area, however it is nice to talk to someone that will give a straight up answer from the start. Russell is very knowledgable and will bend over backwards to help.

Wow these folks could not be more helpful. Was passing through on the canal and had lost a bolt for my holding my rack onto the bike. They gave me one no charge--saved the rest of my journey!!! Thanks guys!!!
