The worst BMX online store I have ever encountered... When it comes to Time2Shine, there are only 2 actions taken: 1) You pick out the items you want and place your order, and... 2) They take your money. Thats it! After that, they are quite comfortable sitting back and doing nothing else. You will not receive a tracking number, confirmation that your item was shipped or any type of follow up... but you will wait forever looking for items that will never come, because they will never ship them. If you try to contact them, they will ignore you regardless of the method you use (email, phone, online site chat, etc..), unless perhaps you ask for a refund, then the excuses start to fly in. ("we were trying to contact you", "the item you wanted is not in stock", "we are working on it", etc...) But even after this, they will do nothing because it’s all just a stall to keep your money. Ever wondered why their site seems to have certain hard to find items or colors that nobody else has or carries anymore? Because they never sell them, it’s all just a front. Fourteen other guys have probably tried to purchase the same item as you, but none of you are going to get it! The best advice I can give you, if you by chance happen to make an online purchase from these guys, is to wait the 15 day period (or whatever period your credit card company has deemed as a fraud case) and dispute the charges, then let your credit card company get your money back for you. Because if you rely on trying contact them yourself, you will never get your money back… and they know it! Also, if you aren’t able to get your money back by any means, don’t bother contacting the bunco/racket squad, simply report them directly to the IRS for fraud. Because profit acquired by “honest business means” and profit acquired by “theft” fall into 2 different tax brackets… and if money acquired by “theft” is being reported as “business income”, then somebody is in trouble!

Ive made several purchases from Time2ShineBMX, and each time has been a great, positive experience. Originally, I had been looking for some older model skate decks all over the web, but was having a really hard time finding any stores that still carried them, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Time2ShineBMX had those very rare models in stock! Ordering from Matthew at the shop was a breeze, and he promptly replied to my email inquiries about on-hand inventory, pricing, and shipping/tracking numbers. In total, Ive purchased 5 skate decks from his store so far, and theyve all arrived quickly and in good condition. These past transactions have been very smooth, so I will definitely be purchasing from Time2ShineBMX again in the future. Thanks, Matthew!

This is the worst shop ever. It should be closed down for good. Theyre a bunch of liars and have no care for any customers. Their site is a lie with the shipping. Matthew Benjamin IS A LIAR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He has no knowledge of anything he does. I hope he never receives any more business from anyone . If you order from this place you will never get your product. They will steal your money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP EVER SO THEY CAN GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND NEVER FOOL ANOTHER CUSTOMER. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never experienced such horrible online shopping service until I stupidly made the mistake in making a purchase at this horrible shop.

These guys are awsome , I was in a bad way , daughters Rift got stolen and I had to have a bike in a week and half to make Cajun nationals, they come through for me and her no fuss no probs she loves her new Yess pro type X , then my son was looking for a Yess XL type X , ( he rode his sisters and fell in love with it) so I got ahold of them and they hooked me up once again , thanks Mat , Tim and any one else I may have forgot , its been great workin with you all , Im sure we will be in touch again

This is a great shop! They are super friendly and carry an excellent selection at awesome prices. I have ordered from them numerous times and am always satisfied. I have bought a complete BMX race bike for my son as well as other random parts here and there and we always get great products. Matt was super helpful with a custom race wheel build and delivered an awesome set that my son loves! We have called to place orders over the phone as well as place orders online and got great service both ways.

-How online orders work everywhere else: You buy your merchandise and get a follow up email stating what you purchased. A day or so later you get another email with shipping and tracking information. -How online orders work at Time2Shine: You buy your merchandise, pay them, and then after that youre on your own. None of the phone numbers you find online for this place will get your call answered if you want to check up on your order. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to get my money back.

Excellent service! Matt posted a set of Answer cranks for sale on Facebook and I contacted him about them. He responded to my messages instantly. I decided to purchase the cranks and Matt sent me an invoice within minutes. I paid for the item and had a tracking number, again within minutes. I received the cranks within 2 business days and they were perfect. Matt knows how to take care of people and my customer service experience was flawless. Thanks, Matt!

Matt..answered my million and one questions that I had and on top of it all they have comparative pricing! If you order from these guys, get a tracking number! My son ordered from them a month ago and after all kinds of excuses ("the label fell off and we dont have the tracking number") and many waste-of-time follow up calls, we finally got a second tracking number and the package isnt going to come for at least another week. Really below par.

any time iv been in the shop the dude was super cool, but thats just it, iv driven by the shop at least 10 times and they were closed every time, iv spend around $600 on random parts on dans but would rather support my local shop

Be aware when working with these guys. They owe us money for the work we did on their website. Its been over a year and they have not paid us. They sent checks to the collection agency twice. And the checks bounced both times.
