A big shout out to the EPBC mechanic who got me back on the road during the Back Roads Century ride!! My rear derailer cable broke about 40 miles into the ride leaving me stranded by the roadside. A SAG unit took me and the bike to the Henry Arena rest stop where EPBC had a repair stand. I was riding again in a short time and smoothly clicking through gears up/down the beautiful hills surrounding the Martinsburg - Shepherdstown area.

Wanted a new bike for our 34th anniversary seven years ago and my bike is still road worthy. Now my daughter in Maine is about to inherit it as I am down sizing and have some health issues.I recall the staff being knowledgeable, non aggressive and considerate to my needs. I encourage patronizing local businesses in favor of big box stores if quality and customer service are as important to you as they are to me.

I went in today to get a bike rack for my car. Very helpful and friendly with making sure I had the right one for my car and they even installed it for me same day and showed me how to use it/install it if I ever need to remove it and put it back on. I walked out with a few other things that I needed that they helped me find. lll be going back for anything else I might need/repairs in the future. Thank you!

Called for my boys rim they tild me $40 for rim and tire and also said they would put it on, took bike in they wanted $101 to fix it, told them to forget it!! I can buy a new bike at walmart for that. They have totally lost my business. I will NEVER go back!!
