Friendly staff, been in the store twice.. but probably wouldnt go back. The staff point you towards things that are not what youre looking for (especially when you dont know what youre looking for, if that makes sense). They have a huge inventory, but you should expect premium prices. And I get it, they are sales people. But City bicycle (almost next door) were way more helpful and knowledgeable, and figured out in just minutes exactly what we needed (pointed us in a totally different direction than we originally intended to go, but they were SPOT ON and we couldnt be happier, no regrets). This shop (two wheeler dealer) has a kind of preppy, "youre not cool unless you have this or that" feel about it. The employee that we were first talking to this last time, young guy, forgot his name unfortunately, was very pleasant and not pushy at all. Wish I could tell you his name so if you decide to go here you could look for him. The other employees are still nice though.

Have you ever heard the expressions, "Go where you are celebrated, not simply tolerated?" I think its good advice in life, and its why I could not connect with this bike shop for my $900+ bike purchase. They had what I wanted, and they had knowledge, but there was a huge disconnect, and I couldnt even get the knowledgeable sales person to engage me with eye contact as I enquired. Yet these are the folks whod service my bike for years possibly... and Im therefore thinking, "Ah, no!". HINT: customers are entering into a relationship with you, otherwise thed shop at Walmart. EVery customer that walks through your door is important, and is special. EVery customer should be celebrated, and can be made to feel accepted, comfortable. Yes, I am black, and female. And I have it on good authority that some of Gods favorite folks are. Long story short, now Im looking online for my bike, which means I cant go to a local shop. No won here, sadly.

Ive used TWD twice, the first repair was no big deal....a new brake cable, good work and fair price. The second repair is what sealed them as my bike shop. I had rehung my wifes 6 year old Trek following a recent trip. Later, we were going out and when I got her bike discovered a torqued rim and 4 - 5 broken spokes (looked like they were cut) I took it down and showed Nick. He said that Trek had had some problems with spokes breaking and mine may be warranty work. (On a well maintained 6 year old bike) To make a long story short, the parts were picked up by Trek but the knowledge of the problem and the equipment was Nick and TWD. I like professionals.... Well done and well definately use Two Wheeler Dealer again

This is the best bike shop I have ever dealt with. Professional, courteous, and priced fair. They will help you find what you need and not try to get you to buy more than you need. Every time I go in they are very busy but the acknowledge me and tell me they will be with me ask quick as they can. Scott has always helped me and he is really awesome. I highly recommend that you buy your bike and gear from TWD.

Stopped by Two Wheeler Dealer to see if they could fix my bike. Expected to have to leave my bike overnight, but despite the frantic pace of business being conducted a tech approached me to ask how he could help. I gave him my bike, he adjusted it on the spot and sent me on my way with my bike. He even took a moment to assist me in chosing new bike gloves. This place is the shiznitz!!!

Weve purchased several bikes from two wheeler dealer. Ive been impressed with the patience and knowledge of the staff. **UPDATE I cant recommend these guys enough!!! Jim, Austin, Paige, and Robbie have been the most amazing to work with. Theyve answered a million questions, let me test numerous bikes, and have given advice on racks. The two wheeler dealer crew is top notch!

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. My gear shifter had bit the dust. The tech, Jonathan, was very patient in checking on and explaining my options. They put on a new shifter, replaced the cable, adjusted and cleaned up everything for a really great price. I could not be more happy!!

Super place to get anything bike, road, dirt, or beach. Passed up my local bike shop and drove 1.5 hours to get to these guys and would do it again. The shop has tons of bike history hanging around too. Extremely friendly and experienced staff that makes you feel like family in just minutes.

What a GREAT shop. We brought a bike in that had not been ridden in several years and they quickly adjusted it to make it like new again. Bought a basket and a few other accessories. Great personal service with a smile. Would highly recommend this shop for your biking needs.

20+ employees cant make eye contact with a customer standing at the register for over 10 minutes they dont need my business. Went to Bike Cycles and was greeted when I walked in the door and was out the door in less time then I was ignored here.
