THIS BUSINESS HAS MOVED TO 12 INDUSTRIAL WAY IN ATKINSON AND IS NOW KNOWN AS PEAK AUTO SALES. This has to be the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with any dealer ever. I bought a car that was listed as being in perfect condition needing no mechanical work. He was very pushy trying to get me to buy it, and I did, which was a huge mistake. Upon getting the car home I noticed the engine started ticking and the next day there was a small puddle of oil underneath it. It turns out the car had a bad VVT actuator and timing chain ($1100 fix) and even worse, the transfer case had a hole blown through it and the rear drive shaft wasnt even in the vehicle making it FWD only. The drivers side window switch panel doesnt work, the keyless entry buttons on the doors dont work, and this is just what Ive found so far. Im in the process of trying to get him to either give me a refund or pay for the repairs which so far is not going well, he almost never answers any phone calls or texts and he even tried to say that I caused all of this damage (the day after I bought the car) and went on to say that he doesnt have to do anything because I signed the sales agreement stating I was buying the car as-is. Steer clear of this dealer, Tom Ross (the owner) is an absolute scumbag and hell screw you over.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I bought a Jeep grand Cherokee from "Tom" a few weeks ago. I could sense the deal was really shady since he had me meet him at 8 o clock at night . I drove 2 hours to see the jeep. He was very pushy and I was hurried to buy the vehicle . It was immediately not what he said it was from the start and I should have known not to buy it. He claimed it was excellent condition. Lied to me and had me sign a paper saying it was something else and it was actually signing that I acknowledge its an unsafe vehicle. I then drove it home and could smell coolant all the way. When I got home the engine started revving itself, the battery died, the blinkers wouldnt work the vehicle needs knock sensors. An $800 dollar fix along with a heater core which is another 800. Not just that it needs an exhaust brakes and shocks. He sold me a lemon saying it was mint. The guy is a complete scumbag. He even bragged to me about his house and how he owns Ferraris. Well you can see why hes screwing everyone over for there hard earned money. Im 18 years old and I worked very hard to save $4000 dollars just to get screwed over for this junk vehicle.

I see a lot of people being complete idiots (obviously with no automotive experience) reviewing Tom and his dealership online here. I bought my 2003 C32 AMG Benz from Tom and couldnt be happier. I am an auto technician by trade(22 years in the business), have bought/sold over 300 import cars in my life, and have worked on imports for over 20 years. If your not smart enough to get your "as is" car checked out, run a carfax, etc. before you buy it, then thats your problem not Toms and the dealerships. I drove almost 3 hours to by my Mercedes from Tom, and Tom described the car just as it was. When I got there i was actually surprised it was in a little better condition than he described. Tom obviously has good contacts/connections for his dealer traded cars, and like me has a ton of experience in the car business. With me he was a total "straight shooter" and even held the car for me for over 2 weeks so i could get the other half of the money together for my Mercedes. Thanks again Tom, i will be sending more business your way, and will be back someday to buy another car from you!

Bought a 2008 Subaru WRX from them that was highly modified, had no tune on it, and bald tires. My tuner said Im lucky the car didnt grenade. Luckily I got a hold of the previous owner and he said that was not how he sold the car. So far Ive replaced the clutch, and now my dash is lit up like a Christmas tree and my car in limp mode. Ive talked to the Subaru dealership and they said it could cost up to 10hrs worth of work. These guys know nothing about vehicles and are extremely sketchy. I was sold a lemon and now Im stuck with the repairs. I wish I had seen these reviews, I could have saved my $ and bought something of much better value. They have the same model&year car as mine selling for 5k less than what I bought mine for with LESS miles. These guys suck

Brad and Tom the crackheads that operate this poor excuse for used car dealer are compulsive liars and will lie right to your face as they put you and your loved ones in an unsafe car just to make a few bucks . Never buy anything as is from them and if you do end up there take the car to your own mechanic before you give them any money. They pay backdoor deals to put stickers on cars that should never pass. They have so many complaints Im sure it wont be long before their license is revoked.

terrible, they list cars on their web site for sale that do not exist, they even update them daily even though they have already sold. Communication is horrible. I e-mailed them through their website 5 times with no response before calling to find out that they dont have half the cars listed on their web site. Shoddy operation and shady way to run a company.

bought the car and 1 day later an engine light came on with over $1000 worth of work and after a week of that being fixed, after getting the car back there was another engine light that came on with another $150. Called Peak and they said "the car is sold how the car is sold". Completely screwed over and you should avoid buying cars from here.
