I would suggest avoiding this dealership at all costs. I bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade for $68,000. from these guys, which is probably the most expensive car they have ever sold. I live in Florida so I bought it sight unseen and paid to have it delivered by enclosed carrier right to my house. Needless to say, it was not what they had told me and was in terrible condition. It had 1800 more miles than what they said, had a rear flat tire, none of the factory recalls had been done, there was only a 1/4 tank of gas, the car had not been cleaned with dried vomit under the back seat, two of the rims had such bad damage I had to replace them, there was a ton more things wrong, but too much to list. It’s been in the shop 11 times in two months. When I called, them they refused to help me and only credited me the $1000. deposit I put on my credit card because I challenged the transaction with the bank. I filed a complaint with the State Attorneys office and will be filing a law suit to try a recoup the additional $6000. I had to spend to get everything fixed. They say that 1 out of 100 people write a review like this so for all the others here you go! It should also be noted that I looked at the other reviews and I recognize some of the names as workers at the dealership; so dont go off the other reviews.

Remarkable! The Waverly Auto Sales is a great team with good value and quality. They certainly take customer satisfaction very seriously. Both Ray and his business partner are extremely friendly, respectful and accommodating. I appreciated the time alone to inspect the vehicle and to think about the investment, no pressure tactics whatsoever, in fact Ray would engage in casual conversations with me and the kids. Great guys. When it was time to talk numbers, they kept a transparent process during credit application, fees, trade-in value and final payments, all of that right there with me. The car was delivered clean and ready to go. We love our Ford Explorer Sport! Looking forward to purchase again at Waverly Auto Sales. The Arria family!

Ray got me in my dream jeep! While search for a jeep wrangler, I came across Waverly Auto Sales. At first, I dismissed going to Framingham because of the drive. It was over an hour away. I ended up calling and speaking to Ray. He did everything he could to get me in the Jeep at the price I wanted! I had to go up a few times to pick up the Jeep and get work done and every time he treated me very well. The work was done on sight and he even bought lunch. Now, I drive my Jeep everyday and I LOVE IT!!! The hard work he did was fantastic!!! I recommend going to see Ray

I was looking for a reliable car to move across country and stumble upon Wavely auto sales for a 08 Subaru Outback, I couldnt ask for more in working with Ray and Al. I had my mechanic to inspect the car and they are more than happy to work with me in making sure the car are fixed and safe for me to travel across country. There is no perfect used car, all used car would require work. But there is good company and people you can work with , Al and Ray are one of them.

Wonderful experience! We are very happy with the Subaru Forester weve got at Waverly Auto Sales. The car is in a great shape, and the price could not be better. Most of all, the interactions with Ray and his partner have been nothing but helpful and friendly through the entire process. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I am a 26 year old Military veteran. I bought a 2013 scion FRS Here just last month. The clutch ended up being no good. Not a problem. I contacted the owner. He had it towed and fixed for nothing!! With no issues. He is a great guy and stands by his word. Dont ever hesitate to buy here. Cars are great. I love my car. I had 0 issues. all paper work was done perfect. Thanks again. Awesome place!

Found a car on their website. Stopped by once and couldnt find the car in their lot. Went there a few weeks later and asked for the car, it still wasnt there. Called before going the third time, was told I needed to set up an appointment to see this specific car and that they would call me back within 25 mins. Never heard from them again.

Best car buying experience i have ever had! Small, low key, no chaos, no pressure business. Fair pricing and above and beyond accommodating! Drove to my house a couple times after transaction to change my plates and also drop off some items I had left behind in my previous vehicle. Highly recommend them!
