Ive always had Chevy trucks and I currently have two trucks and a newer Cruze (still under factory warranty). Someone hit the cruze a few days ago and Ive been trying to arrange to drop it off at the body shop. That alone was a hassle because - apparently - no one mans the phones in the body shop. I arranged to drop it off this morning. My wife had to be at work before the dealership opened so she was going to drop the truck off and I would go in late with the Cruze and swap vehicles with the understanding that Betley would arrange to have a rental waiting in the afternoon. Well the Cruze wont start this morning. Betley is 15 minutes away and I could limp it in if I had a jump start but Im now waiting 1.5 hours for Chevy Roadside Service (hah! "service") to come. Previously, the service department here was dishonest to my wife (charging her a different amount for a routine oil change than the online price that I had discussed with the service manager) despite the fact that she argued the charge was incorrect. It was only a matter of $10 or $20 but its the principle of the thing. I also had pretty lackluster service when I contacted them in December about buying a used truck. I wont be returning here. Ended up buying my newest Chevy truck at Banks up in Concord. Much better experience. Drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Banks, thats my advice.

I walked in not really knowing if I was going to buy. We had a small truck and just had a son. He did not fit well in our vehicle. I was interested in a Colorado and after driving it I was impressed. We had the additional space needed in the Colorado. About 18 inches worth and my wife would be able to fit in the front seat again. However, I wasnt sure about it being worth the update. I asked if there was any Silverados on the lot. There was a 17% off the MSRP and trade in would bring the monthly payment into a manageable range. They even offered an additional amount for the trade in. As my truck was well maintained and had a few updates. Honestly buying a vehicle there was painless. I have yet to experience the service department for maintaenance on the truck. They did do an oil change and have it washed and ready for when I picked it up. They sat and showed me all the features of the truck and Im happy wi

Do not go there! 1) Went there for lifter noise on my new Avalanche. They said it was normal. Morons! After 20,000 miles I went to another Chevy dealer because I knew that it wasnt true and they said the piston rings were stuck and they replaced the rings, pistons, lifters, head gaskets, sparkplugs, and coolant. They said those guys are idiots. It was all under warranty. 2) Had an oil change done. Got home oil leaking on my driveway. Oil filter was loose. 3) I had them rotate my tires and when I went to change my brakepads the bolts were so tight that I needed a 8ft bar to get the lug nuts off. 4) At 20,000 miles they said my tranny fluid was black and burnt so I checked it and it as good.(Another Chevy dealer agreed with me) They were just trying to get money out of me. The service manager should be fired for being stupid and a liar ! Dont trust them.

Worst service experience ever on a Duramax pickup truck, not only did they charge far more than other local dealers for an oil change they did not properly rotate the tires they caused the service now light for the exhaust fluid to come on. The truck was not even started after paying for the over priced oil change and this service light came on. Thier mechanic forced the code to clear. Drove the truck home 5-6 miles from the dealer park it and after a few hours parked the code is back. We will be off to our usual dealer in Nashua this morning to try and address the real problem while the vehicle remains under warranty. First and last experience with the dealer closest to us in our new home.

We have already documented the long form of why we feel this company deserves a negative review post on their Facebook page as well as in an email to staff that we never received a response 2. In short, they damaged the auto glass while the vehicle was in their possession for repairs, admitted it, and then changed their story when dealing with our insurance. The customer service is poor and so is the physical location. The repairs seem to be quality but they were not Timely and the vehicle was not ready when it was stated that it would be. The interior cleaning service that we paid for in addition to the insurance body repair was poorly done. Would not recommend.

Betleys Body Shop is the best. I have had to use them twice in three years and both times they have done exceptional work. Timely, complete, and top quality both times. I highly recommend anyone who has any kind of damage to the body of their vehicle to beat a pathway to Betleys and ask for Dan. Most knowledgeable, professional, and most of all: goes above and beyond to do a great repair job. 5-stars all the way. Would give more if I could.

Although the service i needed was done quickly...after i brought my car home it devolped other problems and would not start. The service writer paul i think his name is was only worried about charging me 104 dollars an hour for this and that and not helping me out. As a owner of 4 Chevrolets i will never use these guys again. I also work in the dealership world and would never reccomend them to anyone.. anyway thats just my experience. Good luck.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Onwed vehicle, 4 days later it was on a tow truck back to Betley. It has now been in there shop for 6 days and they tell me they didnt get it finished because they have been busy?! Excuse me I figured a recently purchased vehicle that has already been there 6 days would have priority over vehicles that were brought in that day. So for the 10 days Ive owned the vehicle they have had it 60% longer than I have.

I felt compelled to jump on and adjust a previous review. John gave me a call regarding my frustration over the delay of arrival for a new Malibu that we were attempting to lease and gave me a very honest breakdown of what had happened. We were ready to walk away, but John made me feel like a genuinely valued customer which I greatly appreciated. They have a great team, and Im glad that we are able to continue working with them.

Do not take your classic car to this place for an inspection. They try to pad their pockets by picking apart numerous non-safety related items and failing you. They do not know classic cars or understand reasonable inspection criteria. They also lied and said I had to go back to them to get the approved inspection, which is false. Awful place, just trying to make every nickle and dime they can.

For over 20 years I have been a Betley customer. The service department over that time has consistently been outstanding, accomodating, professional and cheerful. Paul, Craig and Brian are all a pleasure to deal with. Dave Nelson has been great as a sales rep, helping us find the vehicles we need to fit our requirements and budget. These factors are what keep us coming back to Betley.
