First of all I recommend JAY and BILl to anyone interesting in a car and dont have the money to buy one. My experience at Shannon motors on Warwick ave. was amazing. I walked in with almost no expectation of leaving with a car, beacause I have no credit and not much to work with. Yet JAY was persistent and fought to get me a new car at an affordable price. Took some hours but I left the lot in a 2009 ford fusion, after pulling up in a 2001 nissan maxima that was in terrible shape, only worth junking not even resale. Although my situation was tough JAY made a way for me to build my credit and ride nice at the same time. So if I can get a car there, you can too. Big thank to JAY and BILL again for thIs great opportunity!

I went into the Warwick location in hopes of upgrading my 2003 to a more reliable car that could last me a few more years. Being so close to the Christmas season I did not have much for a down payment. I went into the Warwick location with high hopes and was fortunate to meet Ray. He made sure that he hit all the points I was looking for and worked with what I had. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Escape and I could not be anymore thrilled. I appreciate all the hard work Ray put in and the great customer service provided! During the paperwork Bill was very good with explaining what I was signing and he was very outgoing. Overall I had a great experience. Will definitely recommend!

Theyre aweful. Worst money Ive ever spent. Their cars arent really looked at thoroughly, the prices for the cars are way over their blue book value, they dont compromise well, and their plans are death traps. They need to be shut down. I bought a car TRIP over its blue book value. I sent it in 2 times for the brakes and now they are WORSE than before! This dealer ship is a money leaching douchebag who takes advantage of their customers. They have terrible attitudes and are not professionals. TURN AROUND AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE! Youd be better off taking the bus and THATS saying something.

I went out looking for a car today Im going up at Shannon Motors I had a great experience they will both finance manager the sale theyre very helpful great were getting the credit for Im nothing but 5 stars for these people but so far the service has been great and a very nice people to deal with thank you. I had a really great experience coming here. I had Peter and he really knows his stuff. He took well care of me as I am someone with horrible credit. In the end I walked away with an amazing car for what I put down. I would highly recommend them to anyone whos looking to lease or finance who needs to work on their credit. Shannon motor in warwick was a great experience after I was basically not help at ALL in the Johnston location by a salesman name Jared. Warwick worked with me and my spouse with the best actions and we walked out with a nice truck.... thanks to Jay and Bill, they was GREAT... good services and help in warwick!!!! I bought a Ford Tarus from Shannon motors over like a year ago from the Warwick location I have been working with Peter I came in today on 5/16/2015 and he got an upgrade to a 2013 Nissan Altima it was it was a pleasure working with him he is very easy to work with and I would work with him in the future too buy another vehicle

Rudest place ive ever been too! I will never go to this place again! They are ridiculous on how they treat there customers! Ive had so much wrong with my vehicle in the past 2 weeks and ive only had it for 2 weeks and there telling me theres nothing wrong with it! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Jay was a great help! I have poor credit but, husband has good credit so he co-signed and got me approved for a 2012 Rav4! Jay was very helpful, kind and encouraging! I am now working on getting my credit back on track! I recommend for anyone in my same position!
