My wife and I bought a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer at Atlantis. Nairi and Moose have been outstanding to work with. Atlantis has a large selection of vehicles (its impressive how many vehicle they can squeeze on their lot), and the combination of selection, value, and no-pressure dealing made our experience pleasant and comfortable. The vehicle we purchased was available for a fair price, I feel in used car buying your goal should be a win-win for both parties: we get a decent vehicle for a fair price, and the dealer makes a fair return on their investment. That is what we got at Atlantis. What puts them into the outstanding category is their warranty options and desire to make you happy AFTER the sale. After a few weeks of having our vehicle I had a list of three things I wanted repaired, I brought it to them and they fixed all three within 5 hours and got us the vehicle back the same day. And if that wasnt impressive enough, they did everything for FREE. Thank you Atlantis Auto you have shown dedication to quality and exceptional customer service are at the heart of what you do. Keep up the outstanding work. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlantis.

Purchased a 05 c230 mercedes Benz. 3 months 3,000 mile warrenty from them. Called them back the next day after pick up to tell them something is wrong with the steering and it does not feel safe. Waited 3 days for them to look at car. Then they kept the car for almost two weeks. I had to call them back each time to see whats going on. I was told they replaced a broken spring. They confirmed that it did not fix the problem. I told them the mercedes dealer said it could be a high pressure line for power steering. Was told the car had over 130,000 miles on it and they did not have to fix anything and i was lucky they replaced the spring. Hey said he didnt have to replace anything. And I said what about the warranty. The guy told me the warrenty only covers things that fail state inspection. HE LYED. I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE LEMON LAW AND HE SAID IT PAST THE TIME PERIOD FOR THAT. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE. TRICKY TRICKY...

I had been l been looking for a used car and went to multiple dealers. Atlantis Auto City was the last place I looked. Should have gone there first. They had a wide range of choices at variety of prices. The car I purchased was exactly what I wanted at the price that worked for me. Even though after a few days a couple of minor problems came up they took care of it right away and where happy to fix the issues. Two months later my daughter was looking for a car and she found a good car for her price range at Atlantis Auto City. Again a few minor issues that where taken care of with no problems. I will go back when in need of another vehicle and recommend to my friends.

I can safely say Im satisfied with my purchase at Atlantis Auto City. Although the 2009 Honda Civic wasnt perfect, they did offer the car at the lowest price possible and the staff gave me a decent trade in value for my previous wheels. The car came with low miles at a more than fair price. I was also surprised when I learned I got to drive home on the same rainy Sunday afternoon. They were also willing to fix some issues I had with the car at no cost, but atlas I didnt bring it in because the dealership was too far away from my home and I instead opted to pay for any fixes somewhere closer by at my own expense.

Good car dealership, the guys working here are friendly and made the process of buying a used car easy. Just bought a 2009 Rav4, and couldnt be happier. They gave me a 90 day warranty, so I feel confident that if i find anything wrong with the car, I can bring it right back. My only issue is that it seemed like I was talking to someone different each of the three times I came in, but all of the guys working there were nice, had good senses of humor, and seemed honest. Will update review of anything of consequence changes.

Absolute CROOKS!!!! They are CHEAP do not Buy a car from here they are untrustworthy! I bought a 2005 Volkswagen Passat full of problems, they do not follow Massachusetts laws, use incompetent mechanics that do not how to work properly! I am in the process of suing them, STAY FAR away from this dealership they are not good businessmen! Typical stereotype of money hungry used car dealers! If 0 stars were an option that would be my rating!

Recently bought a 2102 Ford Fiesta. Very helpful salesman but not feeling pressured. Allowed us to test drive alone. Car was very clean Low mileage. Had a few kinks in it but since he would not negoiate on price I had him put in writing that he would fix it. A phone call & appointment for it to be serviced all worked out well.as he honored it. I would recommend this place

I have recently purchased a Infiniti g35, They insisted I will not have any surprised with the vehicle unfortunately when I took the vehicle to get inspected it failed for multiple reason. One main reason is the vehicle was sold to me with 5% of wear left on the brake pads. This car dealer is very unprofessional, I dont recommend doing business at all very inconvenient.

Not only this place approved me for the car I wanted, but they took their time make sure I drive it and like it. I recommend buying a car from this place.

All auction cars. Went there to look at a car. The salesman went to start it. It wouldnt start. Once jumped (when I should have left) I asked to take it for a test drive it was buried on E. So took it out anyway sounded awful. When I brought it back and told them I didnt like they were rude.... dont go here.
