WARNING: i purchased a 2005.5 audi s4 with 143,000 miles on the car not knowing the miles has been rolled back..atleast 20,000 miles.....i purchased this car cash and drove off the lot the same day. i am from MASSACHUSETTS and drove the car all the way back home and realized the car wasnt for me. there were numerous of concerns when i purchased the car and anthony assured me they would be fixed...but after having my mechanic check it out there were others issues not mentioned to me, concerning issues..like my engine liight that came on and cylinders misfiring and oil all over the engine etc..anthony agreed to fix it but by that time i wanted my $7800 back because i felt cheated..there were issues not mentioned to me that i had to find out on my own..PLUS no dealer should put a vehicle on their lot with all of the issues it had...you put a vehicle on the lot READY TO GO. and not with miles rolled back (DECEIVING) ....less then 48 hours of having the car i drove back to NH to request my money back..and the owner derek refused to take it back..in less then 2 days he wouldnt return my $7800 cash that i just paid for the car..i was forced to have them "fix" the car and keep the car...during our dispute of the refund the cops were called and the cops were on my side...stating " its less then 48 hours ..if you dont like it why cant you get your money back??..thats bad business"..even after "fixing" the issues wrong with the car..the car still runned aweful. the owner Derek is rude and disrespectful...used profanity at me and my boyfriend and didnt care i was unsatisfied with his product..nice when taking my $ but will not satisfy your needs 100% if your dissatisfied in his product. anthony helped as much as he could but i feel as if they knew they were selling me a bad car from the beginning and was just trying to get rid of the headache and place it in my hands....so unfair to me..THE CUSTOMER.. sincerely, A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER-Mariva Veiga

Ive been driving used cars for 40 years, but never bought from a used car dealer until yesterday. Derek had a car I was interested in thats hard to find in good condition, so I went to his lot. I was skeptical. To be honest, the car didnt present itself very well at first. My instinct told me that it was basically a good car, it had bad brakes, engine driveability problems, a power window was broken, and more. And it needed a detailing. The car sat as it came from the auto auction, there had been no prep. I was confused by that approach to marketing used cars, but I talked thru it with Derek and he was refreshingly candid, and open to fixing whatever needed to be fixed ahead of the sale. Again, I was skeptical that hed do it, or could even afford to do it profitably. But, he was good to his word. I feel as though I did better with him than I would have done in a private sale. Now, I came here to leave this review and just saw Mariva Veigas review of her S4 purchase and I have to comment: I sympathize with anybody who makes an important purchase and doesnt get what they feel that they bought. But accusing somebody of fraud (odometer rollback) is a serious charge. And it doesnt add up for me. Even if its technically possible to roll back that car (I doubt if it is), rolling back a 163K miles car by 20K miles? Why bother? If his intent was to defraud, hed have rolled it back to 63K miles and sold the car for more money. Its more likely that the cluster went bad and was replaced with a used unit at some point. It should have been identified and disclosed. But accusing him of fraud at this point is going too far. See what he does to make things right. Right now I own 2 Audis, one with 247K miles, and another with 197K. Believe me, a 163K mile Audi can be a great car, and a 143K car can be crap. Give him a chance to satisfy you and post an update after youre settled.

these guys are amazing!!! I bought a 2005 C240 from them about 6 months ago, Car is exactly what we were looking for and they went above and beyond to make this deal. Customer service is impeccable!!! Highly recomend these guys if you are looking for a used vehicle, even if they dont have what you are looking for the will do there best to find it for you. the most honest used car dealer I have ever been too!

Horrible business experience! Bought a car in May on promises to fix a few issues, cars been back at shop for over 4 months, at one point the had car over 3 weeks offered no loaner and got car back to last a week before what they just fixed blew again! End of august they still Have the car, mean while they dont answer phones or call back! Be warned they are not a good business to deal with from any aspect!!

I have bought a 3010 subaru impreza from this dealership great car bad customer service i was told would come with keyless entry an was told they would order a remote for me 3 mths later still no remote so i have to lock each door by hand so alarms doesnt sound when i open it
