I can not say enough about Apollo Auto Sales. From the second that I spoke to Michael on the phone, I was taken care of completely. They were incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and committed to getting me the car of my dreams. I had a very difficult situation due to my credit and self employment, but they assured me they would do their very best, and boy did they deliver. The next day I spoke with Steve, and he was just as amazing. They listened, they didnt push you, and they came through with a perfect deal. I have young kids, the last thing I wanted to do was sit in a showroom for 3 hours while my toddler screamed and climbed on everything, I wasnt there 15 minutes when I went to pick up my car. They were prepared, everything was printed and waiting for me. My car was ready, they couldnt of done a better job. I have never in my life been so impressed by a business and the way they treat their customers let alone a car dealership. They are a rare gem and you would be foolish not to put them on the top of your list when going to purchase your next vehicle. Great cars, great people, great experience. You have a customer for life!

For several months my wife has been looking to purchase her dream vehicle, a Mercedes GL450. How fortunate for her that a listing on Car Gurus from Apollo auto fell just inside the 50 mile radius of Norwich. If not, she might have missed out on a great car buying experience. Michael, the sales manager, has to be the lowest pressure sales person Ive ever met. When he found out this was my wifes first car purchase on her own, he did everything he could to secure a good finance rate and ensure all aspects of the sale and registration were complete when we came to pick up the car three days later. They even had the vehicle equipped with new brakes /rotors and had the oil change prior to pickup. Its not often that you come across a dealership the is friendly, honest and up front about every aspect of the purchase. If your next car is on their lot take the time to make the drive to Apollo Auto. Jeff

I bought a 2010 BMW 328i from Apollo Auto Sales recently and I have to say it was one of the best buying experiences Ive had in recent memory. At first I was apprehensive about buying such an expensive car from a "used car" store, but once I met Alan and Doug (2 of the owners I believe) I was instantly comfortable with buying the car. They answered all my questions about the car and even told some things about it that I didnt know (and Ive been researching BMWs for a month!). They made the financing easy and even gave me a very fair trade value for my 2008 GTI. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Apollo Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a car, its worth the drive!

Great place to do business with. Was looking for a Silverado and they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Living in NH I wanted to make sure it was exactly what I wanted before making the trip and spoke to Michael. He was great with answering my questions to ensure it was as described. Made the trip down. Truck was exactly what I was looking for. Michael and manager Doug made it a mindlessly easy buying process. Love my truck and would say it was well worth driving 2 hours and would do so again!

Good people,dont chase you around the parking lot, I hate when car sales men follow you around,not here very laid back,ask what cars I liked gave me the keys to 3 cars and told me take my time drive them around and well talk when your done,no driving around with me,I traded my jeep in and got a s40 volvo. Its been good to me so far.i would buy from them again in the future. Very nice experience.

Absolute worst car buying experience. Bought the 2007 Jeep commander they have nothing but problems. In the first month failed emission 4 times, had a leak in radiator so instead of fixing it they used some stop leak which contaminated the whole system. Avoid this place at all costs use CarMax or anywhere else. If you go here you might want have a lemon lawyer in your back pocket.

They sold me a van , they change the brakes for new ones without any complain. Always available for any questions. When I had to sale it because I was leaving the country, they offered to me the best price, not taking advantage. I simply didnt expect such quality on a car dealer this days. Thanks!
