***WARNING PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE,THE PLACE IS HORRIBLE *** I bought a car from them two months ago, a gorgeous Lexus, I test drove the car and it needed work, the brakes, leather fixed a handle for the shift. The sales woman reassured me that this would be taken care of within in a day or two, I was able to get a good loan so I went with the sale. That was the only good thing with this dealership. The two days went by I had to call them and see the status of the car , she stated that it was not fixed they were waiting for the parts, this two days went to two weeks by the last day I had called them and canceled the car because I was so upset with the lies, they were waiting, waiting , waiting and nothing was happening. On Friday when the " MANAGER" assured me that the car would be fixed they had switched all my old car information to this new car, I called to confirm that everything was fix and NOPE IT HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. So I did not have my old car because everything was transferred over to the new car and the new car was not even close to ready. So I had no choice to pick up the broken car that cost me $22,000 with broken brakes and tore leather. The didnt even put rugs or a dollar air freshener in the car, and the detail was a joke still had a coffee stain on my cream leather seat. So I go back in a few days where they again reassure me that everything will be taken care of and they would provide me with a rental car for half the day. I taken off work drove there for them to tell me that they did not have any cars available and the leather repairman was not available, now mind you I had had this appointment for a week now. After complaining again the manager assures me he would fill up my gas tank for the trouble. I wait for 3 hours and the manager drives me to the gas station and puts 20.00 dollars in gas, I laugh and ask him are you serious $20.00 dollars wouldnt fill up a 4 cylinder junk box. A month goes by and I am not able to follow up with them because I was hospitalized. Nor did I receive any calls to fix my leather ( as was contracted). So I call them two and wait on hold for 45mins both times to speak with the sales manager, explain to him the problem and he tells me that they did not replace the four brakes only "fixed two" and did not replace the routers they " shaved them down" and put new brake pads, my mouth almost dropped I paid $22,000 dollars for this car and they do have the professionalism to put new safe brakes on the car. So now within in two months , the brakes are not working properly, the leather is still torn the ac is not working and the passenger window does not go down. I am not one to complain however this is the worst business that I have ever worked with and I would never wish my worst enemy to deal with these people. I will be contacting the owners and BBB regarding this company they should not be allowed to have a business. !!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Buyers please beware when purchasing a vehicle from this used car dealership. I searched for months for a particular year and model and was surprised to find it so aggressively priced at this location. The cars on the lot are very nice although the service is sure to aggravate and turn you away. I drove a hour and 40 minutes to the location. The place was a mad house, there was a waiting room of over 20 people waiting to be helped. There were 15 sales people all very busy, I looked at the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. The right color, sound package, miles etc. Although there were a few minor things, ad online said the car came with a nav package, a few dents on the door, curb rash. But I knew this was the car for me. My sales man named Rafael was a nice guy but totally incompetent. I decided to buy the car with conditions that I would get the nav installed,a small console piece installed, and the rims touched up. I came to pay for the car on a Monday, I paid the car in full which was HUGE mistake. Once the car was paid for I was totally ignored, Rafael told me he was "calling" the wrong number. I called every day for a week straight asking when the car would be done. He said the following Monday, I called that day and said it was at the shop getting some dents fixed. He said Tuesday the car would be all set with nav, console piece, and rims. I call Tuesday at 3:00 and say I will be there at 5:00. I arrive at 5 and he is on a test drive with another customer. Finally he arrrives and pulls up the car and I was already pissed. The car was not clean, dust and bird poop on it. The cup holder was full of a sticky substance, the nav chip was not there nor installed, and the console piece was also no where to be found. I called 2 hours before I arrived and he didnt tell me any of this. I drove a hour and 40 minutes to find this out. I was so infuriated, also only 2 of the tires were clean. It just shows the type of dealership they are, truly pathetic. Please do not buy a car here. I also told the dealership to trade my plates from my old car and instead they ordered new ones. If there was something they could screw up they did. I also paid a deposit of $1,000 and when I wrote the final check the financial manager instructed me to pay the wrong amount. I overpaid by 1.000 and they didnt say anything. I had to figure it out myself. I am still waiting for them to ship my nav SD card and console piece. The best they could do was give me two free oil changes and a detail, but after this I have zero trust in their business. There were other things but at this point my fingers hurt and Im angry just thinking about it.

I came all the way to this place because the prices were great. Unfortunately, what you save isn’t worth the aggravation and slime that comes with the place. From what I can tell, they try to appeal to people with low or bad credit and take advantage of them with ridiculous interest rates and low trade values. Right from the start, we should have walked away. Between being condescended to by a sales manager and our salesperson – our trade was quoted 30% LOWER than KBB value (do your research on what your car is worth!) – to the initial price discussion which was over $140 a month more than what we ended up agreeing to; the place is just plain scummy business practices. I had an issue after buying the car and, again, the finance guy we spoke to was plain rude and condescending, promised us he’d talk to the manager (which he never did). In fact the manager (who is the owner) never even had the decency to call me back just to talk to me about the issue and explain his point of view. Then they were unable to register and insure my car. My insurance agent (who my family has used for over 50 years) called me to tell me they were concerned because what the dealership was trying to do – register the car without transferring the title – was against normal practice and something insurance companies are audited for. I had to go BACK up there to sign a title because, again, they employ scummy business practices. For the cherry on top we took our car home the day of sale with the promise that it could be fully serviced and detailed if we made an appointment and brought it back. Except that when we brought it back the service guy was rude and implied that we were lying that is was complimentary (what used car dealership doesn’t detail their cars??) and that it didn’t need any servicing, regardless of the fact that the car’s oil change indicator was on. All in all, the guy who owns this seems like the stereotypical used car guy. He cares nothing about the people who spend their hard earned money at his business. I hope someone uses this review to make a better decision than we did about this dealership and takes their money someplace that appreciates the business and treats their customers with some respect. The only good thing I can say is that Cleison, the Finance Manager tried his best to right some of the wrongs that went on but there was only so much he could do when the whole business is a dump.
