Bought a Car from these guys back in May (2006 Jetta) I love the car and had a good experience with the sales person, an older greek gentleman (paulo maybe). Anyways I was promised it would pass state inspection, of course two weeks later when I brought it to my mechanic for inspection it did not pass due to a cracked rear coil spring. I called auto stop and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it, awesome right? Wrong. First of all I commute to work every day about an hour so I need my car. Auto stop said they would do it on a saturday and I could drop it off friday night and pick it up sunday. Needless to say I dropped it off the next friday and when I called them sunday morning I was told they did not get to it cuz they were too "busy". I dropped it off next friday and come sunday.... "oh our mechanic was on vacation"... Dropped it off the following friday and they said they had replaced the coil springs. Awesome!.... Not. I just had my mechanic look at it again for State inspection and he said nothing has been replaced. After all that I still have to pay my mechanic the $500 for the work and I am probably out another $500 for all the hassel this was

If you are looking for a car please dont go to these place because I buy a car tree weeks ago a Acura MDX and we told the sale men that the cd doesnt work , so he told us please come next week so I will have some one take care of it so I drive back to the dealer place and for my surprise is assistance tell us that they will not take care of these because is not mechanical problem they only take care of the warranty for engine only and is there is any problem whit the card you have to pay for it , I pay 11.000.00 cash for these car , for 30 day warranty and now they dont whant to be responsible for the fixing of the cd that stock in the radio to fix these will be 500 Dolores at any place because is original radio from Acura , so I will give them a bad review in costumer service they just whant the cars out of the lot and forget the costumer , well I will never recommend these place to any one
