I have nothing but great things to say about Londonderry Ford, with a special call out to Lee Turner! My husband and I brought our 17-year-old daughter in this past weekend looking to lease a vehicle for her. We had previously purchased two other Ford vehicles for ourselves through Londonderry Ford, and had dealt with Lee specifically. With those previous experiences being so positive we walked in on Saturday knowing that we wanted to deal specifically with Lee. From start to finish of the leasing process, Lee answered any questions we had, educated us on the lease process, made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the car and kept us laughing and enjoying the whole experience. Buying/leasing a vehicle can be an intimidating, scary event but with the friendliness and personal attention Lee gives to his customers it is far from that. Working with Lee is like working with a friend. You feel like his only customer, never feeling rushed or that you’re bothering him with what may be silly questions. You walk out of the dealership knowing that Lee has gone out of his way to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and that if you ever have any question he is there to ask whether it be that day, the next day or two years from then. Lee has already called our daughter (and it’s only two days since we drove the car off the lot) making sure that she is happy with the car and asked if she has any questions yet. He told her not to hesitate to call him if she ever does. What car salesman cares what a 17 year old thinks?? Lee does!! Everyone that we dealt with at Londonderry Ford this past weekend was friendly, polite and very helpful. From Lee, to the guys that offered to help, (who we turned away wanting Lee specifically – sorry guys) to Dave the Manager (who calmed my nerves about the car my daughter wanted telling me his own daughter drives and loves the same car and that he was very comfortable with her driving it) to Chuck in Finance, Londonderry Ford is the only Ford dealership we care to do business with for all of our future Ford purchases! Thank you Lee, and everyone at Londonderry Ford, for making this latest experience such a positive and happy one. I know that our daughter now has high expectations for any future car dealerships she may encounter in her adult life, and chances are will find herself going back to Londonderry Ford as Lee, and the whole Londonderry Ford dealership team, is a hard act to follow!! I went in to the dealership with my husband when he was shopping for a new pre-owned truck. My husband Neil had a very positive experience online and on the phone with Chris Hagan. We made an appointment and drove North to look at a possible new truck. We were introduced to Mr. Lee Turner who was our salesperson. I cant even begin to say how wonderful our experience was with Lee. He is a genuine, down to Earth, interesting, NON PUSHY, honest guy. Hes a real people person and has changed my view of the stereotypical car salesperson. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicles he sells and took his time to explain every little detail to us. While he was taking my husband for a test drive my daughter and I fell in love with a new car sitting on the floor of the dealership. It had a great incentive price and even though I wasnt looking for a car, especially a new car, I ended up falling in love with the 2015 Ford Escape and bought myself a car as well. Lee made the process painless and fun. I dont think I would have ever consider buying a car to be such a great experience! The entire dealership is wonderful right down to the ice cream freezer in the showroom with homemade local ice cream treats that my daughter took full advantage of! Thank you again Lee for taking the time to make our experience wonderful! You are a true people person and have certainly found your "calling" in life. Every car salesperson should be like you! Chuck was our business/finance person who took care of financing for both of us.... he was also professional, knowledgeable, considerate and understanding. For our situation, he got us great rates and explained everything until we understood every little detail. He was not pushy which is a new experience for both of us and we truly appreciate Chucks help. Because my husband and I both ended up buying vehicles we couldnt figure out how to get both of them home to Massachusetts without driving back to NH two days in a row.... but, Chuck had my car delivered this morning. It arrived at my door promptly at 9am, driven by two very pleasant gentlemen. Thanks Chuck! I would not hesitate even for a moment to recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone looking to purchase a car! Call Lee Turner! You will love him as much as we do! I promise!
I had been to a number of other Ford dealers over the past few months looking for a new F350 Lariat. My experience had been painful- ranging from most salespeople who didnt know any of the vehicle features to completely unethical: "no, I didnt commit to that price, that was what I was trying to get you to..." (and, to make it even worse, I had purchased a new Explorer Limited within the past year at that one!). This search was not only a complete waste of my time but Ford was also about to lose a loyal customer (this would be my 5th Ford in 13 years). Clearly Ford didnt care about providing me with sales professionals so why would I continue my loyalty (GMC 3500 Denali, here I come)? Then I happened to see a vehicle I was interested in online at Ford of Londonderry so made the trip and, as luck would have it, I ran into GEOFF BATES in the lot. My wife and I knew something was different when Geoff took the time to explain the benefits of the Ford and on the test drive he was able to go into detail on all of the features. Extremely personable, product knowledge, no pressure, clearly enjoyed his job and working with the customer....after my past experiences at other dealers I was "waiting for the catch." There wasnt one, this is just Geoff and needless to say I purchased the vehicle. It was no surprise that Geoff was as thorough and customer centric at the time of pickup. When he told me to "plan for about 2 hours" I assumed that would be mostly paperwork. It turned out the paperwork was only 15 minutes and the remainder of the time was setting up my Sync account, reviewing features in more detail and, patiently, making sure when I left the lot there wasnt a question I didnt have answered. A week after the sale, Geoff followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well and I didnt have outstanding questions. With Geoff at Ford of Londonderry you not only get what you pay for in a vehicle but also in the service; he actually makes purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. A novel idea other dealerships should think about.
