I bought a car from here back in November of 2016. Why did I wait so long? Im not really sure, I guess I wanted to give any issue with the car a long time to shake out. I can honestly say that Doug was completely transparent. It was the best car buying experience Ive had. One minor thing came up well past the warranty period (couldnt find the wheel lock lug nut anywhere in the car) and they offered to get me one at no cost. Your experience may be different because youll be buying a different car. If Im in the market for another higher end used car would I check here first? Absolutely.

Buying our third vehicle from these guys I thought I was getting a good deal. There were things that needed to be fixed, Transmission, Body rot and small issues. The repairs were never done and the finance manager left the company and I went by a few times with no results. I wanted to trade this 2007 Ford Edge in and buy a truck. I left many messages with Dennis and he never called me back even though the new finance manager promised me he would. Make sure you get another mechanic to check out what you want before committing because once you go over the curb you will be on your own.

I bought my Acura TL from here. I am so happy, it drives perfect and looks brand new! The sales man was very nice and answered all my questions. They did everything for my finance and even did inspection and gave me license plate so I didnt have to wait at RMV. In back is Lowell Automatic Transmission and Paul the manager told me I was now their family and they would help me whenever I need. Thank you for all you do.
