I arrived at the dealership promptly at my scheduled appointment time today for my 20K miles checkup. The service rep told me that he would call me later and let me know when to pick up my car. After two and half hours without hearing from him (assuming he was super busy today), I called in and was told my car would be the next one to be checked by the technician. One and half hour later (usual service time for a 20K checkup), I arrived at the dealership at 2 PM (four hours after I dropped my car), and inquired the rep whether it would be ready by 3:30 (which would give them another 1 and half hour) so I would have enough time to pick up my kid. I was told off-handedly by the rep that I could take my car now WITHOUT BEING SERVICED, because I did not CLEARLY inform him at 10 AM that I needed my car by 3:30 PM, I had to reschedule the appointment as they did not have enough time to check my car. When I asked why they did not service my car since the appointment I scheduled was 10 AM. The answer was because I did not wait in the waiting room. NOBODY EVER INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT SERVICE THE CAR UNLESS THE OWNER WAITS ONSITE. To be honest, I had been visiting this dealership for the past 6 years, bought two cars from this dealership, I was SHOCKED with such responses. What is the use of scheduling an appointment? Terrible!

Our brand new 2017 XC90, all of 3 weeks old, is unexpectedly slamming on the brakes on the open road, which is a serious safety issue. We call Wellesley, where we purchased the car, and the receptionist treats it like a business as usual problem, offering to look at the car on Monday (today is Wednesday). No recognition of the safety liability or the fact this car is BRAND NEW, or that tomorrow is Thanksgiving and clearly a reliable, safe vehicle for my family during the holidays should be a priority. There was zero concern for the issue, no immediate transfer to the salesperson or service person or an offer for a real-time problem solve with a qualified representative - and zero concern for our safety to get this car off the road and into the shop ASAP. Were expected to spend the holidays with a defective vehicle that has already been in the shop once before for a similar sensor issue. And were still waiting for a call back from Service. This is an absolutely insulting and unacceptable treatment of a new customer - especially one where the safety of my family is at risk.

I went to Lee Volvo to take a look at an advertised car. I scheduled an appointment to come in and look at the car and was very disappointed to find that they didnt even bother to clean the car at all. It was very dirty and had bird poop on the back seat. They never offered to even show the car (I had to ask for the keys to go outside and look at it) nor did they ever offer to let me drive the car. The car had almost 1500 more miles than advertised, which was explained by demo miles. Did they demo the car to Virginia and back? The staff (not including Paul who was very nice/professional) were incredibly rude and condescending. On the bright side though. They are only right down the street from another Volvo dealership on Rt 9. There the staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. I process of buying the car took less than an hour from start to finish. No pushy sales gimmicks, no outrageous fees. Just a fair price for both the car and my trade. This was the kind of place I would refer others to over and over again.

Usually get my oil changed at Farrell Volvo, but figured Id try out Volvo of Wellesley. The two times I went they seemed to find something that had to be fixed. I was surprised recently while getting my oil changed there was no other issue. The next day my car started making a noise so I take it back to have it checked out. The service rep. says they must have loosened up some deposits from broken down oil which is now affecting the PCV system. No apologies, but they said theyd be happy to fix it for around $1,700 (tax not included). Got it fixed elsewhere, but never again. Ill stick with Farrell, it may be harder to get an appointment but at least the job is done right and theres no surprises.

I have had multiple issues servicing this vehicle after purchasing a car here: Unable to provide timely software updates. Car grounded a few times requiring an extended loaner. Never a Volvo always subpar. Poor communications with me regarding service updates. Outrageous that they have not made one gesture towards me regarding helping to declare the car a lemon and get a new vehicle. Or offer financial incentive given the extensive time list to servicing issues on a brand new 65k car. Dont frequent this dealership is my advice.

I bought brand new 2017 XC90 here. Service is terrible here. I received a low battery warning on new car so scheduled appointment. They said its software issue and they just updated the software and said battery issue has been resolved and they didnt give any paperwork on the work they have done. Had same issue again within a week and had to jump start the car and this time I have taken to another dealer and they found one cell is bad in battery and replaced the battery.

I had a great experience with Khann Vun, Robert Fish, and Gustavo Vasquez at Volvo of Wellesley. I lease 2 new cars every 2 years, so I have dealt with many car dealerships. My experience leasing a new XC70 was one of the best yet. Everyone was very friendly, very upfront about the costs, and eager to ensure that I had a great experience. I wont hesitate to go back when my lease is up to lease again from them.

Volvo has some of the best cars in the market, but the sales person, Steve Mullaly, had a terrible attitude and no intention to provide even one star service at all. I will give them negative five stars if I can. Terrible dealership with employees who for sure hate their lives. Stay away from them. Even if you really love Volvo like me, try a different dealer.

Service advisor was available promptly at time of my appointment, handled the paperwork efficiently, kept me updated regarding the status of the 40,000 mile service being performed, and provided me 3 good alternatives for tire replacement. All the scheduled and unscheduled (brakes/tires) work was performed within the work day. Nice car wash, too.

My husband and I had a great experience working with both Vadim and Michael to buy a new car. They were both very patient and knowledgeable and we appreciated the personal attention. We have not yet had to bring in the car for service, so this review is based solely on the sales staff.

While my experience of purchasing our Volvo here was very good (thank you Barbara) I have consistently received poor service and have decided to go to a different dealer for warranted work. Poor communication, forgotten details, no call backs, questionable work. Moving on.

The worst car buying experience ever, I will never go back to this dealership. We are volvo owners and this sales team is an embarrassment to Volvo Cars. I was pressurized to make my decision just after seeing the car. I would rather not buy a car in such bad taste.
