If youre like me you dread going to car dealers. You go in expecting pressure sales tactics, bait and switch, dishonest salesmen, attempts to cheat you on your trade-in, attempts to pressure you into buying an extended warranty, and shenanigans when it is time to deal with financing. When you visit United Auto Natick, this is what youll find. A modest used car dealership (and this is a good thing) with honest employees eager to please customers and build their reputation. When I asked them questions about the 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited, they answered them honestly, and I was able to confirm their answers with a Carfax report. When it came to negotiations, I am the type that has no problem walking away from a car. At no point did they pressure me or disrespect me and we were eventually able to negotiate the car down to a price I was happy with. I got a fair price for my trade-in, which I also negotiated on. After we agreed on car price and trade-in, the rest of the process was also painless. They did offer the extended warranty but did not pressure me. At financing, I asked them if they could do better than the loan offer I already had (2.9%) and they tried but were not able to match it. They did not try to trick me on the rate like another dealership did in the past. There were a couple of minor issues with the car that they agreed to fix at no cost to me even though I had already taken possession of the car. In fact, I asked them to replace the rear brakes but they replaced both front and rear. Ive already told them I will be back to buy my next car from them in January.

I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership. Ak and Bruno were great from the start. I live in a different state and was unable to drive down just to look so I had to trust their word on the condition of the vehicle. When I saw it in person, it was exactly as they had described.
