I have bought a lot of cars from big brand dealerships and I always had to deal with sales rep trying to sell me things I am not looking for or trying to convince me to buy a car that I did not interested in … and always talking to a secretary when I had issues with a vehicle I purchase. I even had a dealership try to make me put money down before I test-drove their cars. In their reasoning "We cant just have people test driving our expensive exotic cars when they are not looking to buy today." My experience/relationship with central motors and the owner Dan within the short time I was there was nothing but great. I live over 50 miles away and drove to central motors near their closing time but Dan did not rush me or try to sell to me like a typical sales person will do. He gave me the facts about the car and allowed me to test drive the car by myself with no pressure. I made the purchase the next day and drove off in my new car the same day I signed. I had 2 issues with the car but it didn’t bother me because they were minor issue and I knew I was dealing with an honest person that cares about his customers. Dan went above and beyond to get my car service in time. I spoke directly to Dan every time I called and when I left a message he called me back at a reasonable amount of time. I will not hesitate to drive another 50 miles to make another purchase. Thank you Dan and workers at central motors and hope to do business with you again soon!

I have always known about Central Motors, growing up in the town over, so when they had a 6-speed Volvo C30 I had been looking for, I thought I would stop by. I was greeted by Elliott (the owner) who was nothing but kind and let me take the car for a test drive solo. I appreciated that, because it gave me time to drive the car and truly get a feel for what it was like without the pressure of having someone you dont know next to you talking the whole time, distracting you from your experience. Needless to say, I loved the car and when I went to purchase, Steve (one of the salesmen) was nothing but great. He was a very calm guy who never made any type of pushy sales tactics, he just informed me what the car was like, what had been done to it, and options for warranties. Upon purchase, Central offered to pay for brand new tires on the car without my request, which was incredibly generous. I asked about the floor mats because they werent in the car when I test drove it and upon pick up, informed me that they purchased brand new ones that would be sent to my house in under a week! All of which they didnt have to do, but they did anyways out of their own pockets. I dont know any dealers that would do that. Overall, these guys are the real deal. I couldnt be happier with the whole process and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Like all the previous reviews, I had an exceptionally good experience buying from Central Motor Sales. Steve and the whole staff worked together as a team to help make the often painful process of car buying pleasant, efficient, and even easy! The Subaru Legacy I liked was in such good condition for a price that was on the low end of market value. When I told a friend who used to work for Subaru what good condition the car was in, he thought it was too good to be true for that price! He came to check it out for me, and Steve was extremely patient and accommodating - they even went out of their way to help us inspect it, and Steve made sure everything was just right with the car before I took delivery. Definitely happy to wear the Central Motor Sales name on my license plate so people see how happy I am with them!

This was my first time experiencing the car buying process and Central Motor Sales made it so easy. They are courteous and very helpful. I went to purchase a car that struck my attention and Dan made my buying experience hassle free and simple. I was offered great financing and was happy with the outcome. I went up for one car and even ended up leaving with two. My parents ended up finding a great deal on a jeep that they have been looking for and bought it on the spot. We were in and out of there in no time. They have a great selection of cars and a very comftorable environment. Definitely doesnt fit the descirption of a typical car dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I found Eliot, Mike, and Dan to be interested in selling me the car I wanted in good condition with the best warranty possible. They made every effort to accommodate. I left feeling I had made a good deal with an honest man. To prove that point, occasionally a car does not behave perfectly. The timing belt slipped after I had driven the car 340 miles (through no fault of the Central Motor Sales) and the engine seized, requiring a new engine. Eliot and I worked out a very satisfactory deal to me but I am certain it was not the best deal for him. He was wonderful. I would not hesitate to send someone to him to buy a car. You will enjoy working with all the guys.

(Steve) was fantastic to work with, easy to talk with, no pressure and the entire process from first contact. to terms and then to signing & driving was simple straight forward and a pleasure. Buying a vehicle at Central Motor Sales was a great experience. They are low-pressure and relaxed. They allowed us to make a decision to purchase the vehicle without sales hovering. Central only buys cars that have been well maintained, so the cars they sell are in top condition. I bought an 2010 Audi and it looks and runs like new. Just a beautiful car. I worked with Steve and Dan during my car buying process and both guys are really genuine and straight shooters. I felt very comfortable that I was being treated fairly and the process overall was painless. They even let me take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection before I committed! Central will definitely be my first call next time I am in need of a new car.

Recently bought a 2010 BMW from Dan. From previous experiences shopping for a vehicle I can confidently say that the whole process was never this smooth. Dan was fair, considerate and very understanding. After doing much research, test drives and consultations with dealers in MA and NH I can say that this has been the best deal I could find.
