I called this dealership to see if they had a specific car in the exact color I wanted and was told over the phone repeatedly they had the EXACT MODEL AND COLOR. When I got there, they did NOT have it. They told me they could get it. Though I was assured by the salesman, Chris Wall, that it was in stock in their lot when I called. I had asked him repeatedly because I had been lied to before by other dealerships and he said he was positive they had it. He had gone out to "look" for it and called me back. Obviously, he either has color blindness and/or is a complete liar. I believe the latter to be true. When I got there, he did nothing but insult my truck and tell me how unworthy it was of being traded in. I left very unsatisfied. He called me the next day to say that they could get the car and told me a rate they could give me for my truck and for the new car I wanted to purchase. I declined. He then called again a day later with a deal saying he could get me the low interest rate of under 2% if I had good credit. At the time of our phone conversation, I didnt know what my credit score was. He asked if it was over 700 and I wasnt sure. But said if it was, they could get me this deal. I had already been pre-approved for a loan through Chase for 3.87% interest but he said he could do better. He called to say he couldnt because of my "credit" score and I would need to put down $8,000! and could get an interest a bit higher. I declined, thankfully!!! Because a few days later, Chase sent me a document telling me what my credit score was well over 700!!! What a scam! These people tried to tell me my credit score wasnt good enough to get the loan rate. They also tried to tell me I couldnt get a loan w/out the huge deposit because I was adding money from my truck I was trading in into the loan. Well, when I had called Chase, they said that was fine and wasnt an issue! Chris tried to tell me I wouldnt be able to get a loan from Chase or anywhere with the negative balance from my truck! They are such scammers and theyll tell you how theyre rated #9 in VW...well, from my experience of going to so many of these VW dealerships, thats not saying much! I dont know how theyre rated #9 but it must be because people dont do their homework before going in to buy a car and get scammed. Or that nobody bothers to write a bad review about them! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have to give this dealership (VNA) 5 Stars right now even though we didnt buy (yet) The reason for 5 stars is simply due to their salesman, John Bigelow. John has proven himself in that he has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for my daughter. He is professional, responsive, helpful and patient. Since we live a good distance away, I called the dealership and was lucky to get John. I gave him her checklist and he got back to me within the time frame he gave me with everything she wanted and within her budget. He was in constant contact giving me step by step information and answering all of my questions right away. Unfortunately, the cars were not on the lot and the dealerships policy requires a down payment of $500.00 to bring in a vehicle and we just werent comfortable with that. John told me that if the car isnt everything they say it is, we do not have to buy it and he went on to say all the right things to reassure us. He talked about the company history, reputation, etc. which did help to know but In the end, we just felt too nervous buying a used car sight unseen and sadly missed the opportunity. My daughter is ready to buy so we hope this dealership brings in some used Passats (or that white Jetta) we can check out soon because we look forward to closing a deal and doing business with John Bigelow and VNA. Thank you John for all your help and patience so far!

Recently, my fiancé and I purchased a 2013 Jetta from this dealership and I must say we were very satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment we walked onto the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman by the name of George Gamache. He approached us not as a potential sale, but surprisingly, and warmly, as a friend. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy or choose something we were not in the market for, rather, he listened to our needs and brought us a vehicle keen to our exact requisites—and within budget! Throughout the process, George was extremely helpful and walked us through a very painless procedure all the way down to the paperwork, where we were introduced to the finance manager. Unlike other dealerships, even the loan process felt easy and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way to purchase the high-end, exclusive options—but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to do your homework first. Make sure you’re well-informed with what your insurance covers so you don’t have to shell out an excessive premium for double coverage. And in the end, we received our car at the right price, with the right finance options, and with a new fondness for larger dealerships. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if you’re in the market for a VW. And honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for George.

I hadnt purchased a Volkswagen product in over 40 years. When I read the review by consumer reports I decided to look into the Volkswagen Passat. I was informed by my neighbor to look for a Passat at the Volkswagen of North Attleboro. I walked into the showroom and was immediately met by salesman George. He asked me if he could be of service? I informed him that I hadnt purchased a Volkswagen product in a long time. I sat down with George and he asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in. I told him that I was curious about the Passat. He then began to ask me what I was looking for in the car. Since I did a lot of highway driving, he asked me if I was aware of the Passat diesel. I told him that all I remember was that diesels were noisy and smelled of fuel. I was pleasantly surprised. George was right, it was the best fit for me and my family. He also took the time to mention to me accessories offered, that I really didnt need, based on our earlier conversation. I enjoyed purchasing my vehicle without the sales pressure. I always believed that honesty was the best policy! I certainly found that at Volkswagen of North Attleboro. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to their sales people, you will be pleasantly surprised.

We traveled to Massachusetts from Illinois to purchase the vehicle that the dealership had that matched the criteria we were looking for. With a limited supply, and the good fortune of finding that the dealer had a 2014 with the options, color, and interior we wanted, we took the chance and drove 2,000 miles round-trip to make the purchase. We couldnt be happier with the service we received, and the extremely thorough walk through of the vehicle that Chris Wall provided. Norma was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure that every part of the transaction was taken care of before we even left our house. Sloan coordinated everything wonderfully, and when we found a problem with the air deflector that came with the car, he quickly responded and is presently taking care of resolving the issue. All around, Volkswagen of North Attleboro is a first class dealership and a pleasure to do business with. If down the road we are unable to find the vehicle and the deal were looking for, we may not think twice before taking a road trip to New England to buy our next VW!
