This car buying experience and the customer service I received was off the charts! I have been wanting to buy a VW Beetle convertible for awhile but it needed to be in the right price range for me with good mileage and condition and it had to be a standard. Hard to find until I saw this car. I checked out the Imotobank website and reviews and decided to give them a call. I asked Philip if the car was still available and wanted to arrange a visit. I live in Maine and the car was in MA. Philip shocked me by offering to drive the car to Maine along with picking up a furniture order from the warehouse for my boyfriend and deliver both to us in Maine at 2 different locations! After talking with Philip I felt confident that this was a deal of a lifetime and had to take him up on his offer. Wait it gets even better. He called me back and told me that after checking the beetle over they felt I should have new tires and put them on ....free of charge! As I waited for the delivery of my car they called me with updates as to where they were and when they would be arriving with my vehicle and my boyfriends furniture. This whole experience has been nothing but pleasurable and I am driving my dream car with my dog! Way to go Imotobank! This is out of the box customer service and I thank your whole team. Blair who delivered my car to me was equally just as professional as Philip and even left me sunscreen in the car. Thank you all! Eve

I know Mark Habib from before and approached him when my daughter wanted to buy her first car as I trust his judgement based on my prior experience(s). I knew he would do what was right for us but he surprised us by going above and beyond our expectations. He had advertised our car on multiple websites and one of those sites erroneously showed a lower price. I made a passing reference about that and without hesitation he said he will honor that! No haggling or no going in a closed office with a so called manager! If that was not enough he even got the car cleaned up and delivered to my home once the registration was completed. One week into ownership, Phillip and Mark called me to see how everything was and if the car was everything that I was told it was. I highly recommend imotobank.

Great place to find exactly what you are looking for! I desperately needed a car and at the time they did not have what I wanted or needed, yet they did not try to force me into just any car. They took the time to look for exactly what I needed/wanted and they filled a specific order for me. They bought me an amazing 2011 VW Jetta that truly was like new at a wonderful price. They are a very professional team and very honest too. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car at a great price and if they dont have the car that you want, they will make sure you find exactly what you looking for. The easiest car buying experience ever, no pressure, no deceptive pricing or being giving the run around by sales associates. I found a 2014 Highlander that was prices thousands less than ones I have seen at other dealership so I was a bit reluctant to call at first. After calling I spoke to Marc who was great to deal with and above all he was Honest, after the purchase he even offered to delivered the suv to me if that would be easier. I was able to see the car make a deal on my trade and get financing in 2 hours few hours which is unheard of at most dealerships. I would definitely look to them for the purchase of my next vehicle.

We would not have driven from Portland (2 1/2 hours) had the reviews for Imotobank not been positive. However, we were still skeptical when we arrived. This is not your "typical" used car lot. No banners, no flashing lights, not even a sign out front. And the people running it are not your "typical" used car sales people. Phillip , his brother Marcus and cousin Mark are three of the most caring, personable people we have ever met in any sales environment. They made our car-buying experience enjoyable, were treated more than fairly on our transaction, and my significant-other loves her Scion.

7/23/15 I went to see a car that I was looking for. The car Phil had I was not interested in. He told me to step inside and he would find me a car that I liked. Well he was not kidding. We found what I wanted after he checked out the east coast.He had it shipped up from Florida. After I had it I had a problem with something. Phil said to bring it back and he would take care of it.I picked it up the next day. No problems! Everyone there was nice and eager to help. I highly recommend Imotobank if youre in the market for a car AND a smooth car buying experience. I bought a 2010 Mercedes from them, and wanted to wait a bit to write a review just in case a problem comes up with the car, and I would have to contact them. I have been driving the car for almost 2500 miles now and the car runs very smooth, got it serviced and they said the car is in a good condition and has no problems just like IMotoBank guys told me.
