I WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS FOR THIS PLACE, BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACKS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND HARD TO DEAL WITH. I RECENTLY FINANCED A CAR FOR A FAMILY MEMBER AND AFTER SEVERAL NOTICES FROM THE BANK, ASKING FOR THE TITLE, ALMOST 5 MONTHS AFTER THE DEAL WAS CLOSED I STILL DONT HAVE THE TITLE!! THEY LIE AND SAY THAT THE TITLE IS COMING, THAT THEY REQUESTED A SECOND TITLE, BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS. I ALWAYS TRY REACHING THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP, I CALL, SEND HIM SEVERAL MESSAGES BUT HE DOESNT ANSWER, AND WHEN HE DOES, ITS DAYS LATER. ALSO, IVE GONE THERE A COUPLE OF TIMES IN PERSON, BUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE LIE AND SAY HE ISNT THERE.I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO SEE IF ANYTHING COULD BE SOLVED, BUT HE TOLD THEM IT WAS GOING TO GET SOLVED BY THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY HE TEXTED ME SAYING IT WOULD GET SOLVED BY NEXT WEEK. I CALLED, AND HIS EMPLOYEE TOLD ME HE WAS ON VACATION. THE TIME FRAME HAS ALREADY PASSED, AND STILL NOTHING WAS SOLVED., NO RESPONSE, NO TITLE. SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE THERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.!!

WARNING! i advice you to not go to this dealership, my fiance financed a car from this place, and 4 months later the bank is coming after her for the title when the dealership never provided us with the title in the first place, now they are going to repo her car, bring up the interest rate on the loan all this because we bought the car from this dealership DO NOT GO! worst dealership around its supper shady.

I bougt a silverado 2015 with them , at the time they did say the truck has extended warranty ....So not a 12 months after i bought the truck , the truck broke down , icalled them many times looking for the certificate or where i should take the car to fix , they never answer me always with skills and asking me to call tomorrow so .. i had to pay by my pocket They are not honest at all

Hear me out. I bought a car from them back in may 2017 not only the car was described wrong as far as damages and paint work i never got the title to the car. I called the dealership over 30 times and they gave me a different answer every time and still no title. Do not trust this dealership in anyway. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware
