The guy that runs this place is Wael Kilani. I highly advice anyone considering to purchase a vehicle from this dealer to look else where. This guy is a thief and a liar. The car that I bought from him appears to be in good condition. It had a clean car fax and VIN number record. But thats not the issue. This guy likes to nickle and dime you where he can. After carefully reading through my papers I realized he charged me $400 extra for nothing at all it appears (Gave me nothing for my trade in). I also paid $500 dollars for new tires that the car needed to pass inspection. The dealer under legal warranty has to cover the tires if they need to be changed. However, I stupidly felt that the tires it currently had were good enough to get the sticker. He offered his dealer discount on the tires which was bullshit! The cost to him was only $350 dollars for the tires at Town Fair. They showed me the invoice. He actually profited off me by $150. He also sold me "warranty" (Royal Administration Services***bad reputation-check the net***) that does not cover anything for $900. Please stay away from this guy. I fell right into his trap.I still did get a good price for the car but the entire experience was disheartening and tiring. I hope the car not a lemon because Im getting a vibe that it is. Lessons learned are pricey and Im not happy :( STAAAAYYYYYY AWAAAYYYY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!!!)

To dispute the complaint below! I personally have bought 9 vehicles over the years from Wael Kilani for my wife and myself, we have never gotten a bad vehicle from this dealership and if there was ever a problem he always took care of it ! The problem is people come to a small dealer ship thinking that they can get something for nothing so they listen to themselves talk and not what is actually being said to them! I am just like everyone else when I buy a car I want the best deal possible but, I also listen to what transpires during the conversation and pay attention to detail that way there is no problems down the line, because I have listened and agreed to the deal! If you ask me weather or not I would buy a car again from Wael at One Stop Auto Sales, I would tell you yes! Great cars, good to deal with, and he keeps his word!
