Difinitly wish I read the reviews before I came here...i bought a car there about a month ago and today my check engine light came on so I called talked to the service dept. The man i spoke with didnt ask me a thing about what the car was doing or if it was making any noices all he said it was perfectly fine to drive and to bring it in monday. I went to have the computer lights checked just to make sure..and 2 of my shifting Silanoids are failing..I then called back and speek to the general manger and told me "its whatever" when I mentioned I had a 2 year old daughter....

I was in desperate need of a vehicle all I had was my car as a trade and lets just say less than perfect credit. I went in on a Saturday and drove my new to me car home Monday after work. This location has excellent customer service and are willing to work with you. Any repairs the car needed has also been taken care of with no question or complaint.

They are good people. They do what they can to help you get into a car that will last. If something goes wrong with it, they fix it. And worm with you on the cost. The only down side is the outrageous intrest rate!! Been paying $200 every 2 weeks for a year and I still owe $10000 on a 2006 CRV!! I am totally looking to trade it in.

i spent from 10am and i left at 6:30 pm and ive had the car for 8months and my alernater went on it and i dont recomend this place to anyone im paying 17,000 for a 2007 ford taurus and i didnt know what i was paying for it until i was signing the papers and i had my 5yr old with me and it took me 1.5hrs to get home from there

Ive been 8 years with JD Byrider in Massachusetts I brought three cars there and the service is amazing the workers there are very nice and polite they always make you feel good while Im waiting to have service in one of my cars and the wait is hardly not that long

I dealt with Stan when I purchased my jeep and he was great. He takes the time to answer your questions and does not rush you into a decision. He took the time to go over everything. If your in the market for a car go see Stan!

Rude rude rude! Go to any other buy here pay here before you go here! They behave as if theyre selling Jaguars instead of used high mileage cars at double the bluebook value! Terrible place.
