My Sister-In-Law Purchased a 2010 Audi last year from this dealership for my Nephew who recently started college. I was shopping for a commuter vehicle for work, so she referred me to VIP. I must say I was surprised in the customer service, there were no hassle or sales tactics just easy going and painless. The Lady was very nice and took my concerns seriously, the car was in spotless condition, full tank of gas!! and has been taking care of me so far. Over all a great place great customer service. Will Be shopping here again in the future.. Would have given 5 stars had there been service department.

Absolutely horrible place to deal with!! This was probably the worst service managed shop I have ever come across.They dont stand behind there work. They will lie to your face even when you prove them wrong. 2 weeks after I purchased my Nissan Quest I had an EVAP System Problems, and also bad brakes, the co-owner said that there was nothing wrong with the car. They will diagnose the problem and not fix it, and make you go back and forth!! They will take your cash though. I wont go there any more. Beware of these scam artists!!!

The car, purchase experience and everything was great. Until the front tires stopped me from getting an inspection. I have called more than 2 dozen times, left over 8 message, and even spoke to Jim once who said he understood the issue and would see what he had in stock to get everything corrected and never contacted me back. So if I dont hear from him soon, I will be forced to take other action.

Dont ever buy cars from this place I bought. 2001 Dodge Durango and ever since I bought this car Ive been having so many problems and cant even drive the car. We asked them to fix it and said their was nothing wrong with the car and we put in 300 dollars worth of parts . And now we still cant drive the car. Im sueing him for selling a faulty car
