My son and I were on our way to look at truck at a different dealership when we noticed that Car Town USA had a few nice trucks as we were passing by. I am so glad we decided to turn around and check them out first. This was my sons first car loan purchase and we needed some help to get the deal done. I cant say enough positive things about the way the "Three Rays" (Grandfather, Father and Son) treated us. They bent over backwards to help my son get into his "dream truck". This included; giving us a more than generous price for his trade in order to make the numbers work out for the bank loan, helping us deal with a ridiculous paperwork issue with the insurance company, and completing some complicated paperwork at record speed in order for us to make it to the registry before they closed so my son could have his new truck in time for an important trip. They did all of this with very good humor and a extremely friendly and patient attitude. I must mention that they were extremely busy during all of this but they never acted annoyed or made us feel like we were burdening them. Best of all, the truck was priced within the book value (which made it easier to get the loan) and fully serviced and repaired prior to selling it to us. They even had the MA State inspection done at no additional charge! What impressed me the most was the obvious pride that these three gentlemen had in their business, their reputation and in each other. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them and I will be highly recommending them to my friends and family as well as using them my self again in the future. Thanks again to Ray, Ray and Ray! When things go badly with a car sale, I have found that how the company reacts speaks volumes about that company. I recently had a deal go very badly with a mega Toyota dealer, and turned to Cartown USA in South Attleboro to help me out of the mess. I wanted my old car back. They performed above and beyond all expectations. With only a few hours notice, they attended the auction and bought my old car back, and are selling it back to me at a fair price. Without their help, I would have a car I dont want, and not been able to get me old car back. When your looking for a used car dealership in the greater Attleboro area, I would strongly recommend Cartown USA on 600 Washington in Attleboro. On a side note, I was a former City Councilor in Attleboro, and had to vote on used car license renewals. I always supported Cartown USA based on the absence of community complaints. I have now seen first hand that these were votes to be proud of.

Test drove a car at Car Town and decided to buy that night. Ray drew up a Purchase contact and took my deposit to hold the car. He claimed his Father took home the car title so he would get it to me the next day. The following day I secured my financing, insurance, etc and reached out through phone and text to Ray to obtain a copy of the title. I was brushed off all day claiming he was too busy. Finally, at 5:40pm Ray called me to tell me he did not have the title to the car and could not sell it to me so he refunded my deposit. Very disappointing that as a professional business selling cars for over 30 years would put a car on their lot, advertise it, and enter into a purchase agreement with me without having the cars title. Very unprofessional and disappointing - buyer bewareif buying a car make sure they have the title for that car. Rays peace offering was for $500 off any car on the lot - not acceptable

From the moment I spoke to them on the telephone until I took delivery- everyone was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions regarding the vehicle, financing and selling my existing vehicle. The purchase went smoothly and the finance company that they recommended was great. In less than 8 weeks I have put over 5000 miles on the vehicle. Through the worst Boston winter on record and minus 8 degree temperatures- the used SUV exceeded my expectations and has operated flawlessly. They didnt rush us or try and get us into something we didnt want. We told Ray #3 what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay, and he got us everything we asked for! Great experience buying from this used car dealer. It was such an easy process to buy this truck. Agree on a price: fill out the paperwork; pay for the truck including the MA registration fees. I walked out and they did the rest. It took a little bit longer than expected because when they went for the MA inspection sticker the mechanic found the exhaust manifold header leaking. When i picked the vehicle up both headers had been replaced at no cost to me. Happy camper!
