**REVISED - THE LOCATION IS NO LONGER THERE, ALL BUSINESS HAS BEEN MOVED TO THEIR ATTLEBORO, MA LOCATION. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY PREOWNED FACTORY AGAIN AFTER WHAT HAPPENED AFTER I WROTE THIS REVIEW!!** After I signed that day & drove, the headache with them began. I had to get them some paperwork in order to get my new vehicle registered.. within a few days I had gotten them the paperwork to the office & I still get a call from my sales guy asking if I had it = no communication. My RAV4 that I had purchased was listed as 4WD & I thought that was true. Driving back in the first major snow storm of the season the day I purchased it I didnt think to ask & my husband has a 4WD vehicle, he said he could figure it out. Negative. He did online research for me for a few days while I was at work, still nothing. So the day I went back to get my registration I asked my sales guy who told me to GOOGLE IT MYSELF! Not even a referral to one of their techs or even offering to help me figuring it out, he was getting his commission so he was done! My battle went on for a bit longer & trying to get someone to take my complaint seriously was a joke! It wasnt until I sent a message through Facebook that I heard back from a manager who called me & gave me free oil changes to try to correct things, but he in some ways defended the actions of the rep. Good vehicle, but what a joke! Never write a 5 star review until after youve found out what theyre like after youve signed, dont let them bully you into a 5 star review if they wont get their commission because the after care is sometimes more important than the first impression.. -------------------------------------- On the search for a vehicle after a total loss & a headache from my insurance company as well as the financing company, I was referred to this location by one of their other ones & the name of a sales person. I walked in & spoke with Steve, who was by far one of the worst at giving a good first impression! I gave him the info on who I was approved through & he tried to force me to complete an application for their financing or I was not going to get anywhere. Being backed into a corner, my husband I & decided to walk out. We were in my rental getting ready to drive away when out comes John DiChristofero who asked me what he could do to help? He asked me what I was looking for & said he would work with me, he even tried to find me a vehicle within the criteria of the new financing company. I was skeptical, but gave him a chance. He was extremely understanding & after test driving 2 vehicles, I felt comfortable & told him my story. The long & short of it was that I decided to sign today with their financing without going anywhere else. You only get to make 1 first impression, but that was the other guys first impression & not Johns. I am so grateful to John for coming to get us & not let us leave. It is a big decision, especially to make so quickly, but feeling comfortable leaving is what I needed. So thank you, John! :-) <3 :-)

Amazing sales experience. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Will definitely consider them highly when completely ready to buy! Update: Amazing experience before buying my car. Not so great after. When I test drove what would become my car the first time, I pointed out that the TPMS light was on and that the right front tire looked low. I came back to test drive a second time, pointed out the same problem, and was assured that it would be fixed. I made the down payment and eventually my parents and I bought the car. We had an agreement signed that they would replace the broken visors and fix whatever was causing the TPMS light on the dash. I had my service appointment with Tasca, they replaced the passenger visor, and I specifically told them that its the right front tire that seems to be the issue. Got the car back and was told they fixed something on the left rear tire, and didnt see anything wrong with any other tire. Well, thats fine, except that I had filled that tire with air after it being extremely low only the week before. The TPMS light was off, so I guessed there wasnt a problem anymore. But it came back on a day later. The car was bought in June, serviced in August, and Ive filled the front right tire twice over the last 6 months. The tire finally blew out, unfortunately. When we brought it back to Tasca for service, they honestly tried to tell me that a tire blowout wouldnt be cause by under-inflation and that I must have over-inflated the tire. Excuse the hell out of me, I may be a girl, but I know my science. Under-inflation causes the inside of the tire to flex more, creating heat and stuff inside. This was not caused by hitting a pothole or by me over-inflating the tire. This was caused by the tire not being properly inflated in the first place, and I see now I never should have bought the darn car. I went with Pre-Owned because Ive had several friends have a positive experience with them, and I had a really good sales experience myself. But tread carefully, if there is any issue with the car before buying it, just dont, unless they actually fix the specific problem before you buy.

Horrible! So many issues, I ran out of space here to describe it all! The worst experience I ever had! Customer service was horrible, common courtesy only existed until they knew they were getting or have your money..... I had many questions I needed answered and they made me feel like its not my place to ask. I kept in contact with two people John and Chris, either they need to take communication a little more seriously, or they just didnt give a damn. I was promised something from one, while the other told me it was impossible! I asked Chris not to cash my deposit check, he said "no problem", and I got cashed anyways, despite the fact that I spoke to Chris and asked if it was still possible to have the car ready on Saturday, once they receive the check on Thursday, he said "sure thats no problem" then I call back to inform them the check is on the way and to make sure the car would be ready on Saturday, John miraculously appears again and tells me " Thats impossible, theres no way we can have that vehicle ready by Saturday!, after I tell him that Chris said it was ok" he throws him under the bus and replies I dont know why he said that, " youll get the car maybe Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest," unbelievable! I explain to him that I have an appointment (vacation), and I really need the car ready by Saturday, can you please make it happen?, He then replies " WE HAVE OTHER DEALERSHIPS, WE JUST CANT STOP WHAT WERE DOING SO RICKY CAN MAKE HIS APPOINTMENT! I knew after that conversation that these people would never get any of my money! I had to call the post office and put a stop on the overnight check I sent to them! Now they wanna call and fake being polite because they didnt receive the check, I was way too upset to speak with anyone over there. And to top off the unprofessionalism they even called my bank looking for the check! This is the short version, any one wants the original complaint, I have it saved. Tasca needs some serious house cleaning!!!!!!
