Why am I writing a review??..Its SIMPLE!!!...My journey began almost 3 yrs ago when I first went to PreOwned Factory in Ma.This was the first time we were looking into a used vehicle and I did as much research on all kinds of places and different models as I could which in turn lead me there But, When we met the staff I just knew we were in good hands.Mike Gunn was THE BEST!..Not only was he our car salesman BUT he also turned into a friend!He cared about the safety and the comfortably and made sure our family picked out the right SUV just for us!He worked on hands with the financing team to make sure we got the best loan and when we was ready to upgrade..Guess what?!...3 yrs later He did it again!We are so happy with our 2nd purchase from Preowned Factory. There is nothing like knowing that your best interests are at hand.The hole team is just amazing and friendly which helps through a big decision like car buying. That Is why we went back to Mike because of the trust and relationship you build while shopping for a car there. PreOwned Factory has Great selection,Fair prices and friendly faces...YOU CANT BEAT THAT!..Thanks Again MIKE!

Talking to Joe was pleasant and informative. Despite him emailing and asking me 3 times and having a phone converter on when i was coming in they still managed to mess it up. My wife and I travelled an hour and a half to look at a truck with an appointment and as we got there we were informed the truck wasnt in property and a salesman took it home. Great job on fulfilling your words PreOwned! I set an appointment up to avoid this and it still happened. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel for driving from CT. Get your act together! Also be aware mileages are inconsistent with their state amount on the website. They stated the truck had 119,550 and in a photo of the odometer it stated 120,440. Almost a thousand miles different and they were still driving it. It would be interested to see the actually differance now.

My experience at the Tasca PreOwned Factory was like no other. I had a car I was interested in and it was available. I met with Mike Rebola Thursday night after work. He showed me the car, the car fax report and brought the car up so I could take it for a test drive. No pressure to buy it, no pressure to look at a more expensive car, no "fine print" and no numbers games. My loan was approved in a matter of minutes. My new car was ready for me Friday afternoon. They were so prepared that after signing paperwork they told me I was all set, I sat there feeling like something was missing. I guess I had been ready for the stereotypical used car salesman but I felt like I was dealing with friends. Not what I expected. Am I satisfied? Absolutely.

I just purchased a 2013 nissan SV W/SL pkg rogue. I am so happy I found a great car with a great price and excellent finance options. Thank you Matt G. for helping me pick out a really good car and feeling good about my choice when I left the lot. It looks good and runs great. No hidden surprises. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Frank, the manager, greeted me and followed the sale from start to finish to be sure Matt provided the best offer and quality service. Thank you Nikki for assisting in getting me an unbelievable finance option. I drove out of your lot very happy This is the second car I have bought with preowned and will definitely continue going to them for service on my cars and any purchase of a car in the future.

They have nice cars in the lot, But, its not all about that. .... Went in to buy a rav4 2005. Car cost was $5,400. Everything was settled, I was gonna pay with credit card. They agreed. Told me there was a fee. The only thing is, the fee was the credit card transaction cost. 3% or so. I said I had no intentions on paying that fee. The financial lady said we cant sell it to you. I said : OK, bye. Walked out. Lost a sale because of a $150ish fee. From what I know, they chose to process credit cards. That percentage is the cost they pay to process these cards . They should not make a customer pay for it. Unethical. Ended up buying a 2007 rav4 for $7,500 at a different dealer, where they actually know how to do business.

I was online looking for a new vehicle and called Pre-Owned Factory in So Attleboro, MA. The sales person who helped me was Dan Candeias. I inquired about a vehicle he had, but had already been sold. He began a search for me. He found a Ford Escape in East Providence....which he brought to Attleboro for me to try. I purchased the car. After waiting for the snow to leave and a couple of repairs...I now own a 2013 Ford Escape. Dan took care of every issue I had. He went through all the features of the car and synced my phone for touch free calling. I couldnt recommend a better sales person to anyone looking to purchase a used car. Pre-Owned is a great place to buy a vehicle.

My sister bought a car with preowned factory and introduced me to Matt G. She knows nothing about cars and told me Matt made everything very easy. I love her 2011 chevy cruz and want one just as nice, I have already gone and looked at several cars with Matt and I am in the process of purchasing one just as nice. Everyone that works there is so friendly and they have done everything possible to try to arrange for me to get credit and purchase a safe car that is worth the money spent. I cant wait to finally find the right car and will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

I worked with a Salesman Dan C I worked with a salesman Dan C I went a few times. the last time I went to actually pick up the car I spoke with him that morning when I got to the dealership not even 45 minutes later I had to wait for over 40 minutes. After waiting the salesman came up to me and stated the car that I wanted was already sold two days prior. Dan explain to me there was a mix-up he tried to introduce me to another car when I tried to purchase that one that day he later told me that there was all these strange fees and that he would get back to me. I never heard back

I purchased a 2011 chevy cruz LT from preowned factory from Matt G. He was very friendly and helpful when it came to listening to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. They took care of all the paperwork, inspection and registration which made purchasing the car very easy and less time consuming. Everything was done before I picked up the car. I drive the car to school and work and have had no issues. Thank you to Matt and all the employees that assisted in helping him. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

I just recently totalled my grand prix which I bought from the RI store. Before the claim was even complete the Attleboro store had me in a car in less than 24hrs. I expressed some concerns I had with it and their service mgr Jerry said bring it in and we will go right through it.
