Awesome place, I purchased a 2010 VW CC from Pine Hill Auto on April of 2016. Great experience shopping with these guys. Accommodated to my needs and the car is running great. Shortly after I bought the car a light symbol came on. Woody took it back in and identified the problem which was a rear reverse light outage. The wiring harness was getting pinched somewhere while opening and closing the trunk. Woody fixed that at no cost. 6 months later I was experiencing shaking in my car, as well as flat tires. I took it back in and Ricky explained that it was an alignment issue, they explained that my two rear tires were being ruined by this issue. After looking back on the paper work, he identified that the alignment was never done in January 2016 when they put the new tires on, from April when I purchased the car. Ricky then put 2 new tires on, aligned them all promptly. Ive had 2 issues with the vehicle and Pine Hill has stuck to their word since the first day I went there. Couldnt be happier with the purchase and the service I have received.

I recently bought a 07 jeep commander from Pine Hills. The salesman/ mechanic was very upfront and honest with me. Gave me the history of the car and things to watch for. I brought the car home and drove it for a few days. Being a used car and from New Hampshire, I discovered several problem s with the car. I called Rick and expressed my concerns. He took the jeep in and examined the problems. He called me and gave me several options to fix the problems. Although I chose to pay a little extra for the repairs; he had other solutions in which he would do free of charge. I just decided to use premium parts and the labor was free. Rick is an honest guy and highly reccomend going to Pine Hills for a decent used car and outstanding customer service. There are alot of swindlers selling used cars but the guys at Pine Hills are not. Go there.

I have known Woody and RIcky of PIne Hill Auto for many years and thank them very much for their professionalism and honesty, As we know most car dealership are never true to their word, But at Pine Hill Auto I have never had a bad experience or felt like I got "Ripped Off". If my car needed a part , then they fix whats wrong with it, not over selling me on things that didnt need attention or mis leading me to believe there is another problem. I can go to them and they treat me with respect whether I was in there yesterday or 2 years ago , They always treat me like a person. They are both very knowledgeable and show you exactly whats wrong with your car. I will always return to them in the future as well as recommend them to my many friends Thanks Pine Hill

Recently bought a jeep from these guys. Richard was my point of contact and you can tell he is a genuine family man. He doesnt beat around the bush and was 100% up front and honest with me. I bought a 2004 jeep liberty. when i test drove it there was an issue with the battery and he told me he would put in a brand new one and did, instead of just replacing it with a working battery. He follows through with his word and makes buying a car a very easy process. Hes very fair with his prices and is is far from greedy. I felt assured i was not getting ripped off and would happily buy from them again. I will be bringing my car to him for work as he has a shop onsite as well. A little out of my way but well worth it if i know i wont be screwed. A++

Completely misrepresented their car. I drove 3 and a half hours for a BMW 325i that was listed as a MANUAL, just to get there and find out its a damn automatic! And they forgot to mention a broken door lock, awful rattle can paint job, missing trim pieces, and white over spray all over the car. An absurd waste of time. Not to mention they proceeded to blame us for not reading a disclaimer?! Are you kidding me?? The craigslist add CLEARY stated 5-Speed manual in MULTIPLE places and the amount of awful features that were not mentioned before hand is blasphemous. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anybody period. Customers please be careful when dealing with these guys.

Buying a car from pine hill auto was by far the Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I Was assured by Rick that I wouldnt have to do anything to the car for 2 years since they went through it and took care of everything... I had many issues with the car from the get go, and now 6 mths later it is junk! Upon speaking with Rick about what could be wrong with the car and what my options were, he mocked me and hung up on me, not very professional... So either they dont go through the cars like they say they do or they just dont care. Ifyou plan on buying a car here please get a second opinion.

Ricky woodie and matt have been very good to me since Ive started going to them over 4 yrs ago. They do great work and are always very honest when working on my cars. They are a very knowledgeable shop and can work of a wide variety of cars including European which many places dont like to work on. Pine Hil Auto was extremely helpful with the new ride I bought from them. These passed couple days I been hearing a weird noise as if medal was hitting medal. Bought a used Rav4 from Pine Hill at the end of December at a great price. The car developed an intermittent noise. Went back to Pine Hill. Woody put it up on the lift and found a plastic push pin was missing probably from hitting a piece of ice. He replaced it for no charge. Very good customer service. Highly recommend them.

I bought a 2009 honda accord dealt with Ricky very helpful let me test drive a bunch of cars till I was sure on the one I wanted (Im very picky) got me financed quickly, they do great work, I bring my car back there for anything it needs and they take care of me! I recommend this dealership to many people!
