I bought my Ford Explorer here two years ago and then last year when I came here for an inspection sticker I had a flat tire which they changed and completely forgot to put my spare back under my vehicle. Then when I came here this year for a sticker they charge me $650 for brakes and the sticker, which let me tell you is ridiculous. The owner claimed that it was because he uses only the best parts, but when I looked online at genuine ford parts they were way cheaper than what he charged me. Then ontop of all of it I can still put my car in drive with the E brake on and the vehicle moves freely. Im sure he would fix this for free, but considering Ive been here twice and theyve screwed up two simple jobs Im not giving them a third chance and another chance to overcharge me!

I recently called Craig to tell him I needed all new tires. He ordered them and installed them the following day. Ive never been asked to wait or told he could not fit me in. I drove home from Maine that night with my new tires feeling very safe. It was after 10PM and I was alone on Rt 95 when suddenly the "Tire Pressure Low" light came on. I was too scared to stop or to look for an open station so I drove home white knuckled. I called Craig first thing in the am and he told me to bring the car in. He looked the tires over and found that I had a large screw embedded in my back tire! My new tires were fine and Craig fixed the puncture and I was on my way in minutes! Craig and Old Rock Motors....the only mechanic I trust!

I wiped out in a snowstorm down the street, so once I got back on the road I stopped in and they helped me get my snow tires on. I could tell they were pretty busy, but they helped me out in a pinch anyway. They were friendly and fast. In addition, I think they banged out the nasty dent in my bumper, and I didnt even ask. I wouldnt have made it to work without them
