The best Jo-Anns in the whole KC area! The most amazing staff, super nice people! I needed to order lots of fabric for a project and I went to a couple of different Jo-Anns around town and no-one would help me, they just simply said there wasnt any. When I went to the Becton store, they did everything to get me the fabric I needed, called 15+ stores around the country and got it in in time. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I came all the way from Kansas City for some fabric that my store didnt carry. I was already having a rough day, and there was a lovely woman hat helped me. I came all the way back for some more and Shirley went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Thank You!

Shopping for new sewing scissors, and asked an associate for assistance and was told "you know as much as I do". When I am shopping in a specialty store, I expect a level of expertise on the part of sales associated. Otherwise I may as well stay home and guess online.

Staff was nice but I waited 20 minutes to have my fabric cut and no one greeted me the entire time I was shopping to see if I needed help (which I did) may try another location as I love the selection of materials. Not sure if Ill go back to this particular store

Cons: Rude customer service. The women that work here act as if it is killing them to do their job and God forbid you want to use a coupon its as though they are losing a comission. Pros: The store itself is clean and the fabric cuts were actually done straight.
