This is a small, average hobby lobby in an older shopping center that is fading away and losing businesses. Theres other, better options in town, and many of them will match Hobby Lobbys coupons. Plus, like all of their locations, theyre always closed on Sundays. If you have the weekend to work on a project, you dont want the craft store to be closed for half of the weekend! And yes, before anybody points out that they say "this is to give their employees time to spend with their families" I will mention that I have worked at places that have similar scheduling. A job at a business that never closes is fine; you can get a schedule that is fairly consistent, eventually. Or, a business that is closed 2 days a week is great, because you always know when both your days off are going to be. Makes scheduling your life so much easier! But, working at a place with one day off per week means that in order to be fair to all the employees, your other day off is going to be scattered all over the calendar at random! Its very difficult to schedule anything that way. Since most retail businesses will not schedule most employees more than a couple weeks ahead of time, it can mean that scheduling time off to do anything out of the ordinary with your family can become a real pain. Unless you put in a time-off request and hope you can get it approved, you never know if you can actually say yes to any social event that is more than a week and a half away, with any certainty.

I appreciate their sales and the 40% off coupons. I am a sewer, knitter, scrapbooker, and jewelry maker, just to name a few of my favorite crafts. HL nearly always has what I need. I seldom go away empty handed. Many lovely home decorating items as well. I moved to a location where it is 90mins. to the closest store, instead of the 5mi. I had become used to. This doesnt discourage me from continuing to shop there. Keep up the great work, customer care and great stock! Note regarding customer care; this varies by location. I have shopped at HL stores in Michigan, Ohio, 2 locations in Arkansas and Springfield, Mo.

Worst experience ever. I had an interview here and the manager was rude and unprofessional. After taking the math test portion of the interview(I already knew I did bad Im terrible with math) the lady laughed at my answers, said I wasnt smart enough to work here and said it would be embarrassing to hire me and have that score in her files for her supervisors to see. Will not ever be returning to this store or any hobby lobby in general the staff is VERY rude.

Love Hobby Lobby, its the best place for everything. To heck with Toys r Us this place is a parents paradise especially DIYers & creative kids. Always sales & 40% coupons to use on anything. Some of the projects or things weve created thanks to Hobby Lobby are organic dryer balls, clay pottery, cake making/decorating, organic beauty products, soap-making, & tons of other decor, art supplies, etc. Everything you can imagine or create, youll find here.

I was having some difficulty finding exactly what my daughter wanted, and Casey was so patient and very creative. The only place where you find everything and anything for all your school projects and manual undertakings. They have no competition in town, and it is no wonder. You find everything you need, in the best brands, at very decent prices, great service, and if you need to return anything, they handle you with the same smile and the same speed.

Love Hobby Lobby! They have sales every single day. Make sure you take a look at the sale hand-outs at the front of the store. Sometimes you can luck out with an item you wanted being 50% off. The workers are always kind and helpful. Hobby Lobby never fails. They always have everything I am looking for.
