I have been to this store a couple of times for things out of the floral department for my wedding and the service from the head person there has always been unfriendly and unpleasant. She does not listen to what you want and will get down right short with you. We called to see how long it would take to order flowers from the store and she was also unfriendly and short on the phone. She also managed to mutter unfriendly and very poor customer like service remarks about my mother after saying goodbye to her on the phone, when she (my mother) had been very polite and professional with her. This store has forever lost my business.

Called and asked if a specific product was in stock, they said yes. When I arrived at the store and asked an employee for directions to where the product was located I was sent to the wrong department. Upon finally locating where the product was, I found out that they did not have any in stock contradictory to what I was told over the phone. When searching for other supplies I could not locate any helpers and when I could find a helper they could never send me to the right aisle. Sales associate training is highly needed.

I prefer Michaels despite the prices. Sometimes you can catch great deals and the clearance is great for Crafters. My issue is that everything is dispersed and not in sections. So if you want planner stamps theres five aisles and countless end caps and bins to sort through. This kills my ADD and stresses me out. I cant stay long or I get overstimulated and overwhelmed trying to find what Im looking for.

This store never has what Im looking for, even basic stuff. In January I was shopping for cake icing colors - they had practically nothing. Today I wanted a grommet kit, O-rings, and a packet of small eye screws. I left empty handed and headed to Hobby Lobby instead. Next time Ill save myself the trouble and avoid Michaels altogether

Nice selection but long line. Teenager who was standing at another register with friends cut in front of me as I was placing my item on the counter. Clerk not only didnt say anything but proceeded to begin check her out while smiling and shaking her head st me. I left thevredt if my items in the cart and left the store.

Good prices with coupons - always check their website for the most recent coupon. Customer service is great too, we had trouble finding an item and an employee spent 20 minutes searching and calling around for us.

I like this Michaels, but it needs to be remodeled. Its clean, the employees are great, but its definitely showing its age. They have lots of crafting supplies and I think they have the best selection of yarn.
