I took my kids to the kids club to do a craft and the lady conducting the class got upset with my 3 year old for cutting something she wasnt supposed to be cutting according to her. I walked in and my daughter had her head down on the table and was in tears because of this woman. The instructor also took her gluing and cutting privileges away from her. Completely unacceptable!!! Will never take my kids to the kids club again!!!!

Called on Sunday. Lady who answered the phone said they dont open til 10am but the online information says they open at 9am. False. Customer service sucked. Told me they dont have double pointed knitting needles, but I was there yesterday and bought some. I wanted to see if they had a different size. Lady just seemed rude. Heck, if youre not open dont answer the phone and lead people on.

Love this Michaels! The only thing I would change is the location. That is only because the parking lot that it shares is like a gauntlet of moms too busy on their phones driving their Lexus and Land Rovers to be bothered with stopping for things like pedestrians or I dont know, other cars? Be careful out there!

Pretty much what you would expect from any Michaels--overpriced baubles and crafting materials. The store isnt kept up very well or very well organized. Staff is okay. Dont shop here unless armed with coupons.
